Cozy retreat 400 meters from the beach (gym, patio, and garden)

Spend some refreshing days on our beautiful holiday house, one of its own in Ericeira, with a configuration very rare to find nowadays.
-400 m apart from the main beach (Praia do Sul);
-close enough to the centre to explore the town by foot;
-piece and privacy, making it a perfect spot for some healing days surrounded by nature;
-several activities possible to do both indoors and outdoors.

The house interior was totally refurbished in 2023, providing a modern and pleasurable experience. It's surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape, with a garden and mixed orchard, along with a large patio. One part is the driveway for you to drive in with your car, the other is a sheltered area with artificial turf to do exercise outside or just to relax and recharge your melatonin levels with total peace and privacy.

3 Bedrooms:
-all very similar in size and configuration, just differ in sun direction;
-closet in 2 of them;
-2 individual beds on each, which can be easily merged if desired.

Bathroom:
-fully functional bathroom in the middle of 2 bedrooms;
-air dryer, towel dryer, and all basic stuff;
-everything perfectly sanitised.

WC:
-in between the living room and the kitchen, very practical for any occasion;
-good noise insulation and ventilation so everyone feels comfortable.

Kitchen:
-fully equipped with the basics that are needed for any sort of meal;
-coffee machine;
-sea sight;
-lots of space and natural light;
-access door to a nice balcony to enjoy a small meal outside.

Living room:
-a table surrounded by sofas in front of the fireplace for a chilled gathering event;
-a hanging chair in the corner for the introverts;
-a small desk with 2 chairs for any desk work that may be needed;
-as always, plenty of space and natural light;

Outside patio
-large space outside with artificial turf to do physical exercise;
-lounge area to chill around while enjoying some privacy;
-driveway that could easily accommodate 2 or 3 cars;
-barbeque area to cook that special meal.

Home gym (extra):
-the most exquisite home gym you'll ever see in your life, totally designed and created from scratch by the property owner;
-opportunity to train with a personal trainer with 20 years experience as a natural bodybuilder;
-workouts based on your goals, either it being to up your surf level, active recovery from your normal routine or just to break a sweat.
