The property was really well equipped and spacious. The outdoor areas including the pool were fantastic. There were two areas for outside eating. The location was good with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. The host was really helpful, providing us with info on the local area.

We had a fantastic time in this super clean, spacious property - 2 families and enough space to spend 8 days without getting on top of each other at all. Wonderfully situated too in the Sintra Hills, with beaches a -0 min drive away, a village in 10 min walking distance and Sintra a 15 min drive away. Lovely touch of homemade biscuits, homegrown lemons and walnuts and homemade quince membrillo too. Definitely a 10 out of 10

We recently had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Colares. The booking, check-in and check-out processes were smooth and Mafalda was a very welcoming host. The property itself was perfect for our group of 5, and there was still plenty of space for more if we had needed it. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The goodie basket on arrival was an added bonus! The pool area and terrace are great. Our schedule was a bit busy so we wish we had some more downtime to enjoy it more - especially as it’s a perfect spot for afternoon sundowners! We’ll be back!

Everything about this house was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was an absolute wonderful setup and a really relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. The pictures are very acurate but it was even more lovely in person. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great villa and our family had a wonderful stay. Spacious, well equipped with a lovely pool we wanted for nothing! Close to lovely beaches and the magical town of sintra this truly is a great base for you to explore. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance as well. We will return

The villa was perfect for our needs. Well equipped and very comfortable. Also nice and secure with the gated driveway entrance. Good sunbeds and nice clean pool. We loved it.

The property is in immaculate condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, including a separate play room for our children. The restaurants in Colares are lovely and an easy walk.

Family vacation

Amazing home away from home. The area is perfect location with so many amenities including 4 showers. Mafalda was so welcoming. We will definitely come back again. We loved adraga beach, cascais beach. For foodTasc julio, gigi pizza, adraga resturant were our favorites.

Outstanding!

We have stayed at many rental properties over the years and this house stands out as one of the very best. Mafalda met us on arrival, showed us around and I was immediately impressed by the quality of everything in the house. I really cannot fault it and if I returned to the area I would not hesitate to stay again.

This home is spectacular, all the amenities needed, clean, comfortable, spacious, close walking distance to cute town of Colares where there are grocery markets and coffee shops and the cutest ducks!!! Will definitely come back again!

Immaculate, spacious villa

We had a great stay in Colares. The house, gardens and pool were immaculate, communication with Mafalda excellent and the pool is in the sun all day which is a bonus. The supermarket is an easy walk and we found a craft beer bar called Hopsin next door which did great tapas.
