Villa Chopa - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

This is a beautifully modernised villa in La Torre Golf Resort featuring two single beds in one room and a double in the master, both with TV and air conditioning, and one en suite. There is a garden with modern dining and lounge furniture and a private swimming pool with built in jacuzzi. There is also a furnished roof terrace with a barbeque for your use. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob and microwave, full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Internet is high speed wifi, and there is a modern TV with international channels. There is private driveway parking for one car and room for more outside.



This villa is steps away from the on site supermarket, and is 15 minutes from Murcia International Airport, 1 hour from Alicante airport. Also 25 minutes from Murcia City, as well as Cartagena City centre and 15 minutes away from the coast and beaches of Mar Menor.



The resort itself is a thriving gated golf and holiday resort with great facilities including 17 swimming pools, bars, restaurants, supermarket etc, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the family.



We are Murcia Holiday Rentals, and we look after 180+ properties here providing a first class service to our guests and owners. Pleasant villa for slow living

Facilities and location good Be good if there were covers which could be put over the outdoor furniture at night/during rain. Large quantity of cushions/pillows on the outdoor furniture which virtually fills a room when brought inside.

The villa wasn’t very clean at all and o had to go and complain to get this rectified. There were items left in drawers including a used tooth flosser in the bathroom. The tiles in the main were mouldy and smelt dreadful. I was given a bottle of bleach by the management company to try and reduce this! There were half empty bottles of wine in the outside fridge and the pool area wasn’t very clean with cigarette ends and tissues. I also washed the dirty cushion covers whilst we were staying as the housekeeping lady said they didn’t have time to wash them with the quick turnaround of guests! Not impressed!!
