The Villa - with a private pool and large garden, is a wonderful property to rent for families and friends. This 2 bedroom holiday villa consists of, open plan kitchen dining area, large lounge, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs cloak room. The villa has recently been redecorated making this a luxurious and relaxing holiday retreat. It has a spacious living area with high ceilings and sliding doors out to a front terrace. The large kitchen and dining area incorporates a fully fitted kitchen fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, with the breakfast bar and dining table looking out onto the large garden.
Upstairs both the double bedroom and twin room have large built in wardrobes, there is also a large walk in shower room and a rooftop terrace to relax on.The property also benefits from a large garden, with private pool and a shaded patio area. Free wifi and air conditioning throughout. NOTE - we have recently installed a pay-as-you-go air conditioning unit

The Resort: This luxury villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort is situated just a 6 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor,. On-site facilities include 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, bars, restaurants, shops, sports centre, paddle tennis courts, spa and fitness centre, 24 hour security. These are private facilities and can only be enjoyed by owners or their guests/tenants. All these facilities together guarantee a successful holiday for which you do not even have to leave the resort .The Resort is magnificent developed with wide boulevards, an abundance of flowerbeds, palms and orange trees. If that isn’t enough for you then just less than a ten minute drive away is the town of Los Alcazares with a huge selection of bars and restaurants in both the old town and new. Murcia International Airport is a 25 minute drive (Alicante Airport 60 minutes), and the beautiful ancient towns of Cartagena and Murcia, with its new water park, are 20 minutes and 35 minutes away.

Lovely villa, got everything you could need, lots of towels, cutlery etc. Only downside as it was advertised as having a BBQ but there wasn't one. Maybe an innocent mistake on the website. I would definitely visit again

I'd like to say upfront that we were a little bit unlucky with our stay and that the host did everything they could to improve our situation after we had arrived. Unfortunately for us the guests before us had allowed their dogs to climb all over the furniture and bedding which meant that there were black dog hairs absolutely everywhere. The cleaning company had not done a very thorough job and for the first night we had to contend with pillows and sheets covered in dog hairs. But the host was quick to organise a proper clean the next morning which mostly fixed the issue however there were so many dog hairs that some remained. Our cleaning fee was also refunded. I know going forward that the host will no longer allow pets so this should not be an issue for future guests.Our second issue was that on the second night the credit on the air-conditioning pre-payment meter ran out and at 11pm the AC shutdown. That meant we had a sleepless night in 30 degrees with no AC and no fans. Again though, the host sent somebody to fix the issue the next day and after that we had no problems with the AC. To prevent this happening again, I think some standalone fans should be kept at the property.For the villa itself, the bathrooms are lovely and modern and it's a great location with a fantastic strip of bars and restaurants close by and the beaches only a 10-min drive. The kitchen area and utilities does need updating but it has everything you need for a short stay. The pool was great.

Great villa and location!!

We had a great stay. The villa was very clean and well presented and the keyholder was very helpful. The villa is spacious with a large ground floor area and a large garden and pool area. The Golf resort has an excellent hotel with a huge pool. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants and the nearby coastal towns are only 10 mins drive.

Bon séjour

Dans un premier temps on a eu beaucoup de mal pour avoir les éléments pour notre arrivée. Aucun contact à notre arrivée. La villa est très sympa ainsi que la piscine mais il manque beaucoup de vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner un minimum, nous avons dû acheter des choses. Il n'y a pas de parasol assez grand pour permettre de manger dehors mais seulement deux tout petits très fins (donc nous avons acheté un). Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes de maintenance (clim qui ne s'allumait pas dans les chambres, lumière de la piscine HS, contrôle du gaz et pour finir problème de la pompe de la pompe de la facture). Dommage que cela ne soit pas contrôler avant notre arrivée car interrompt beaucoup notre tranquillité. La terrasse est bien mais il faudrait réparer les canisses cassées car vous autorisez les chiens mais cela n'est pas pratique car il passe facilement chez le voisin. Le ménage pourrait vraiment être mieux fait (frigo sale et non pratique il manque des étagères donc pas facile pour ranger les courses tout est entassé et le fong givre la nourriture, plaque du four avec encore de la nourriture, micro ondes, crédence de la cuisine, sanitaires, douche, terrasse très salé et pas balayée, table extérieure. Terry qui s'occupe de la gouvernance de la villa est très gentille. Nous avons passé un bon séjour qui aurait pû être plus agréable car nous avons eu la sensation que notre arrivée n'était pas prévue ou au dernier moment. barbecue en mauvais état). La literie bonne.

Relax y tranquilidad

La villa está genial, la zona de terraza y piscina es muy bonita y con mucha privacidad, en el complejo tienes supermercado, pista de pádel, básquet, gimnasio, campo de golf... La persona de contacto "Terry" muy atenta para solucionar preguntas y dudas que puedan surgir. Hemos pasado 15 días muy buenos de relax y tranquilidad!

Torre Pacheco Golf Resort Villa with Pool

We wanted a relaxed 2 weeks away with a pool. We rented this 2 bedroom Villa and was not disappointed. We contacted the owner who responded and was responsive throughout our stay. The Villa had everything we needed. We didn't need a car as there are plenty of bars and restaurants to go to. Also a Spar supermarket for essentials. We did have a car as we think the villa is a great base to be to visit other places. We feel its the best of both worlds and suits what we wanted from a holiday. We had the luxury of home from home with a pool and able to visit some beautiful and breathtaking beaches. We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Villa con piscina

Desde el primer día nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba y avisamos al contacto para informar pero la única solución fue instalar un ventilador, lo cual en plena ola de calor no serviría para nada. El resto de los servicios son y funcionan conforme a la descripción. Sólo informar que la ropa de cama era de una calidad ínfima, aconsejaría al propietario cambiarla por alguna con algún contenido en algo para que sean algo más suaves. También informar que dispone de cafetera, solo de un calentador de agua.

Thank you for your review and using our villa for your vacation. We are sorry to hear about these issues but feel this review is misleading and unfair. The air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms were in perfect working order, the unit in the dining area was working but not 100% efficient. As soon as this was brought to our attention an engineer was called and a fan was provided as a short term fix, although the air conditioning unit was still producing cold air. The bedding I guess is based on opinion and we will take this into consideration in future. Although all the bedding provided was brand new and unused before your stay. At no point in our advert do we state a coffee maker is provided, the amenities provided are clear in our description and a kettle is provided for making tea and coffee. I hope these minor issues didn’t effect your vacation and you chose our villa in the future. Thank you.
