Less than a 5 minute walk to the local Eroski supermarket and old town which is full of lovely shops, bars and restaurants.

Can recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice villa in a good location.The villa itself is superb and has everything you need. It is a 2 minute walk to the old town and only 5-10 minute drive to Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa.

We went to this villa, knowing it was not that warm part of the year yet, and we still had a great stay. It has all the comodities to make your stay perfect. Weve enjoyed it a lot.

We had a great week at this lovely villa

It was very comfortable and very clean. The WiFi worked great in all rooms and over the whole garden. There was a huge smart tv with full streaming and I watched some of Wimbledon with airplay from my phone. The pool was lovely with great non slip steps to get in and out. The garden is beautiful, you could have shade from the mature trees all day which is so much nicer than sitting under an umbrella. You can walk to a really good Eroski and right into the old town in 5 mins. The only thing not made absolutely clear is that the upstairs bedroom is not closed off from downstairs, no door and open stairs. This did not matter to us at all but good to know. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to return.

Crazy!!!!

Excellent villa located in the north of Mallorca, close to the charming old town of Alcudia. Perfect location, just a few steps from the pub crawl, buses, and with easy access to car and bike rentals. Ideal for those looking for comfort, tranquility and an excellent base to explore the area. Highly recommended for a complete holiday. Thank you Home Villas, we enjoyed our holidays and the pool with the barbecue, the perfect match

Wir hatten mit zwei Familien und Kleinkindern einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt nur ca

5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt von Alcúdia entfernt und ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die gemütliche Einrichtung und der sehr gepflegte Garten. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Einzelne Ausstattungsgegenstände sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit kleineren Modernisierungen könnte der Aufenthalt jedoch noch angenehmer gestaltet werden.

Wir hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Alcudia.

Die Lage direkt gegenüber der historischen Mauer der Altstadt bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke, besonders abends, wenn die Straßenlaternen leuchten. Es ist ein echtes Highlight, am Pool oder auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und diesen magischen Anblick zu genießen. Trotz der Nähe zur Altstadt genießt man hier viel Privatsphäre. Der gepflegte Garten und der fantastische Pool ergänzen das Gesamtbild perfekt. Das Haus selbst ist modern, neuwertig und bietet höchsten Komfort. Absolute Empfehlung für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Danke auch an das Team

La hemos pasado fantastico

Es una casa justo al lado de pueblo viejo. Literalente al lado. Se pueden ver todas las murallas desde el jardin de la casa. Es una casa con todas las comodidades. La hemos pasada muy bien. Gracisas a la agencia por el buen servicicio. Saludos!

Es war wirklich toll

Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Großer Pool in einem schönen Garten. Auch die Nähe zur Altstadt war fantastisch. Abends spazieren zu gehen und die tollen Restaurants auszuprobieren. Ausgezeichnet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Geweldige villa met mooie grote keuken en slaapkamers met ieder zijn eigen airco. Hoogtepunt de tuin met het zwembad. Perfecte locatie aan de rand van het mooie Alcudia. Binnen 1 minuut sta je in het pittoreske dorpje met zijn gezellige straatjes en leuke winkeltjes.

Unas vacaciones soñadas, en una preciosa Villa totalmente equipada y muy limpia, agradezco a la agencia por su excelente servicio. ueron extremadamente diligentes y atentos en todo momento. Desde el momento de la reserva hasta el final de nuestra estancia, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado. Schönes Haus

Eine wunderschöne Villa, sehr gut ausgestattet und das Beste von allem nah an der Stadt und den Mauern. Dort genossen wir Markttage und einen schönen Spaziergang. Es kommt uns vor wie ein Märchen ... wir waren vom Pool, dem Grillbereich und der Aussicht begeistert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr genossen.
