The apartment has been gracefully renovated by the owner, Roman architect, in the 'Romantic chic' style, it consists of 2 double bedrooms with sea view and olive grove view, 2 double bedrooms with sea view or farmyard view, 2 shower rooms, equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace .
The terrace overlooks the hills, the port and the coast; offering corners to admire the landscape and the surrounding nature.
The garden is shared with a new refined annexe with a further 4 beds, with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning. (Rent € 750.00 / week)
Numerous animals appear at sunset such as: owl, hoopoe, hawk, hedgehogs, badgers and pheasants !!
Ideal place for those seeking relaxation, for families and friends looking for fun ....
It is 5 minutes from the long beaches of fine sand which also offer pleasant walks in winter. 15 min from many Medieval towns, 25 min. from the Sanctuary of Loreto, and from the town of Recanati. 40 min from Ancona and from Monte Conero nature reserve full of belvedere and restaurants.
The house offers laundry, TV, ping-pong, barbecue and a welcome basket awaits you !!!
