Although we did not see any elk...they just eluded us...we still had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We were able to relax by the campfire both nights. A nice peaceful getaway for anyone. Our dogs came home exhausted and happy!

The property was accurately described by the hosts and it is a lovely place to stay. It is six minutes from the Elk County visitor center and very convenient to anything in that area that you want to do. Beds were comfortable and they have both AC and heat available if needed. We sat outside in the evenings and the view of the stars is unbelievable! We very much enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was very clean and tidy, and the host were very helpful and prompt to answer any questions I had! There was food available close to the cabin and a a gas station with snacks and drinks and what ever you may need.

Our stay at Buck Haven Lodge was exactly what we were hoping for - a conveniently located, clean accommodation that allowed us to travel with our pup. Everything was just as listed, and we had everything we needed to rest and cook meals. The curtains hung by actual sticks with antler brackets were a nice authentic touch! Would stay here again!

Buck Haven Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and well furnished. The location was very convenient to Benezette and other local attractions. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near Benezette, Pennsylvania.
