All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. Bella Vista - Our brand new "Sandpiper Villa" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) located in Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the ground floor and offers a large outdoor patio which abuts Carlin Beach Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. This property has a large 65" smart TV in the living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Free wifi and cable of course. The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court and racquetball court. This property has been renovated & designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. The Master Suite offers a luxurious King size bed and flat screen TV, and there is an equally comfortable Guest Suite which offers a Queen size bed . The unit sleeps 6 with a sleeper sofa in the living room. You cant beat the prime location, as it is a short walk across Carlin Park to the sands of Jupiter Beach, and there are a wide variety of excellent restaurants & shops just minutes from your front door! P

We make sure no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. Destroyed 5 days after you leave.
Arrivals 12/25-12/31-1/1 Arrivals later than 9pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee if agreed-no 3rd party bookings-25 year old min.
By accepting this rental agreement you legally confirm there are no refunds for COVID related lockdowns or reasons for cancellation

Clean comfortable and perfect location

We had a wonderful weekend in town for a family wedding. This property was perfect and very comfortable and very easy walk to the beach or the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the short walk to the heated pool and the short walk to the beach. The weather was not cooperative most days, so swimming in the ocean was not an option. We still enjoyed walking the beach.

Great location next to park, tennis courts, 3-mile trail and pool. One block from the ocean. Close to a bunch of great restaurants and activities.

Christmas in Jupiter

We had a great stay at Bella Vista with our family for Christmas. The condo was updated and very clean and had so many essentials for us—beach chairs and toys, towels and umbrellas, and all kinds of kitchen things. The location was very central, a quick walk to the beach and a quick trip to the grocery store or our new favorite juice place right down the street. Gary was very responsive when we asked a question and helpful when we checked in. We would stay there again, for sure!
