Had a short stay here visiting family. Loved the feel of this house. It was close to everything and in a fairly quiet area. The home is laid out perfectly for our family and was well stocked for our needs. Very nice place

We had a Sans Air Purifier going that was on when I left , it shows a level of any Oder and it was on a 3 which is no oder- I also use house Uvlizer's to sterilize the house for guests, this eliminates any Oder as well. I do know it was chilly, if the heat goes on the first time, it does smell a bit but goes right away. It was raining and you did have a dog who was using pee pee pads as they were left in the house, i could smell them. Also there were six piles of dog poop left in the back yard. I did not put in your initial review as i am very understanding and do not like to make an issue, i thought as a fellow rental owner you would have picked up the yard. I am thankful you left the house neat. I go over the top to make the house in order as I have had this house on air bnb for over four years.

Very quiet and charming location. No frills.

Property appeared in good order and clearly maintained. I was not able to re-access property prior to my check out because the code to the door was changed for some unknown reason.

Quick stay near my family

The property was located perfectly for our stay, 10 minute walk to our son’s family home, restaurant’s, beach, shopping etc. bedrooms living room, kitchen had all we needed. One bathroom was off the kitchen and included the washer/dryer which was nice in case you need it. Overall I enjoyed the house, only problem was the septic but I feel that can be fixed, if you are able to address this we would book again. Thank You

Thank you Thomas for staying. Cleaning crew saw sand in the bathtub which prompted me to have septic looked at. They removed the sand and replaced the top ( which was cracked and let sand in) I would have them come out while you were there if I had known. I would happily have you all back ! Thank you !
