Easy Walk to Ski Lifts and Downtown Breckenridge -Lg Loft Unit
We have completely remodeled this beautiful loft unit. All new kitchen, bedroom, shower and living room furniture make our home feel like your home. We have a huge, 60" HDTV, sound bar, Blu-ray/DVD player, concealed-element range/oven, and other improvements we're sure you'll enjoy.
Timbernest's quiet design has no common walls with other units in the building and faces away from the street for a true mountain 'escape' feeling. An easy 150 yard walk to the Quicksilver chairlift makes this complex a highly desired choice. Downtown Breckenridge is also a short, easy walk with shopping and restaurants galore! (No need to drive and struggle with the tight parking in Breck)
Our unit has a king-size log bed in the master bedroom for those people accustomed to 'spreading out', with two twin beds in the loft bedroom and two twin trundle beds in the open loft area. There are 4 (new in 2020) outdoor hot tubs & a large pool for the complex - Don't be cramped on your vacation!
PLEASE check our calendar via the link below for availability before contacting us. Occasionally dates shown as available are in the process of being reserved. We try to allow everyone a chance to book their other travel arrangements as quickly as possible.
We request a minimum stay of two nights except during certain time periods, like peak ski or summer season when we try to accommodate guests for longer vacations. There is a $100 cleaning/linen fee per visit. We are offering a 20% rental fee discount for any reservation made within 10 days of arrival, which should help us fill those 'last minute' vacancies and provide an additional opportunity for 'locals' to take advantage of any unused dates. Please note that VRBO has recently added a feature which allows guests to enter their credit card information when making a request, but even if those dates are available, we may choose not to accept your reservation for other reasons. We suggest contacting us first BEFORE making a deposit, preferably via email at hiya96@msn.com.
Please also note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and requires climbing two flights of stairs at 9500' altitude because there are no elevators in either Timbernest building. If that level of activity doesn't fit your plans, please consider staying elsewhere.

Absolutely loved the accommodations, location and amenities. This is a beautiful area and close to everything. The rental was clean and the renter was responsive and informative.
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Spacious, as pictured and described. Location is hard to beat for starting your day at Peak 9 base. Hot tubs are also nice and Chris is a great host.
This was our third time to stay at this property, and all three have been great! Steps to the ski lift and ski rental shop. Many restaurants within walking distance and the owner is fantastic, which has made for a great experience every time!
We enjoyed this condo very much. The walk-ability to restaurants, shopping, etc. was amazing! It was nice to have tree views while being in the middle of town.
Best location I've ever stayed in Breckenridge. Didn't need to drive anywhere. Everything was in walking distance. Such a cozy place to stay as well! Definitely recommend this place for skiers/snowbarders.
My family really enjoyed the stay. The condo was big enough for the five of us to spread out. I also loved the location. It was close enough to walk to Main Street, but wasn’t over crowded. The owner was very nice, and helped whenever I had questions. If we go back we would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a ski getaway. Close to everything. Unit was clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Chris was awesome! Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to accommodate any special requests.
Great location. Quick walk to Quicksilver. 3 men over 65 had no problem with short walk. 2 ski rentals at base: Charter and Breck Sports. Nice, quiet condo. Well stocked with kitchen items. Easy parking. Would definitely stay there again.
We loved this vacation rental, walking distance to peak 9, Main Street and restaurants, also close to ice skating, the apartment is super spacious with the master bedroom downstairs, comfy beds. Lots of blankets and towels. Super clean. The host is super responsive and was very accommodating with check in and check out times.

This place was exactly what we wanted and needed. The location is amazing! Easy 5-7 min walk to the town and base of Quicksilver. The codo is right across from the hot tub and pool. Parking was a breeze. The unit had everything you could possibly need for cooking, cleaning and making your stay extra comfortable. All of the extras made our stay so perfect. Chris was so helpful in having bags for shopping and working to get in the room as early as possible.

Perfect location to lifts - we came home for lunch everyday since was so convenient and easy walk. We rented at Charter per owner recommendation- and they acted as a valet overnight and when we came home for lunch. Condo was well stocked with towels, cook ware, etc. Enjoyed the camaraderie at the easily accessed outdoor Jacuzzis apres ski. Walk to town was easy and the town was beautifully lit up like it was still Christmas (after we figured out the 'paths' short cut after taking streets 1 night). We ate at bar one night due to waits at restaurants 1 night

The property is the most conveniently located that I've stayed in. We were right next to the pool and hot tubs, and a very short walk from the Peak 9 slopes, the Village, and Main Street.
While the condo is on the 3rd floor, the ski locker on the ground makes it convenient, and being on the top floor meant no noise from neighbors above us.
We loved the very bright, open condo. It was well-stocked with utensils and towels. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The loft came in handy for us as well.

We enjoyed the comfort of this condo. As soon as we arrived, I caught a pic of a rainbow bouncing off the beautiful mountain view. There are two comfortable recliners and a large sofa in the living room. The king sized bed was comfy and plenty of blankets were provided for the cool nights. We only used our car once, to go to the grocery store. We walked everywhere! It was quiet most of the time. In the summer you'll hear kids playing in the pool but it's far enough away that you will hardly notice. Mostly it was very quiet and peaceful! We didn't use the loft area, but there is enough room up there for 4 people. This was a very comfortable spot to escape the heat of Texas. I would definitely return.
The condo is in a great location to walk to Maggie Pond, trails, and Main Street Breckenridge. It was comfortable and very clean., with plenty of space for our family of four. Chris was wonderful about communication. Would definitely stay here again!
This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Both times have been fantastic! Short walk to Quicksilver Lift, ski rentals, and restaurants. Condo is perfect for our family of four. Owner makes check in very easy and includes great tips for staying in Breckenridge! We will definitely stay here again!
Great location for quick easy access to Peak 9 base. Very, very clean and spacious condo. Ski storage on site. New room humidifiers made sleeping easier. Very good communication with the owners Chris. Would highly recommend this property for skiing a Breck.

Virtually NO traffic noise in the area compared to some "in town" locations, and we really like the old rustic pool setting of our complex that will continue after the extensive overhaul completed in 2020.
