Perfect for our family! We had a full schedule for the long weekend we were in Breckenridge but this was a perfect place to rest our head and bodies for the night! Great location - we were able to walk to the chair lift and downtown with little ones no problem. The owner was very communicative and super kind. Kids thought the couch was very comfortable to sleep on and loved warming up by the fireplace.

Good communication with the host. Great Location to ski lift and to town. Hot Tubs were much needed and were very close to the unit. Bathrooms are a little dated but served their function well. It was nice to have a 2nd restroom as well. Overall, I would stay here again. Thanks Eric!

Great condo for a ski trip! Easy walk to quicksilver lift. "1 breath walk to the hot tubs" as measured by my kids. Inside the condo is everything we wanted from pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker to board games, ski storage and a fireplace. Not super fancy but very functional. would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Perfect location for skiing & checking out the town. Everything within walking distance. Place is a little outdated but definitely sufficient for what we needed. Great hot tubs!

Good Location & Comfortable Place to Stay

With a relatively short walk to the chair lift and an easy walk into town (or nearby shuttle buses), this is a great place to stay in Breckenridge. Some of the decor is getting a bit old, but the amenities are solid, the place is comfortable, and it's reasonably well stocked with all the items you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Great location & amenities

We had a great time. Very short walk to the Quicksilver lift made it easy to start and end the day on the slopes. Short walk into town. Pool and hot tubs were great.

We had a great time the place was pefect for us. Hot tubs and pool where fun but closed at 9pm. Not a huge deal we went to sleep early to get the most skiing possible. Close to lift, took the long way around the pond the first day. Everything was as expected. Very convenient.

Quick Winter Escape

We had a wonderful stay at Mark's property! The condo was small and perfect for my husband and I. Being able to unload our car right through the balcony door was perfect and we were a quick walk to the lifts and town. We would definitely stay again when in town.

Awesome week at Breckinridge!

The condo provided great access to the slopes at Breckinridge! With two boys ages 4 and 7, the close access to the the high speed chair allowed for 5 days of outstanding skiing.

Great Location & Great Price

Great location and great price. Responsive and friendly host. Accommodations are basic, but you really don't need much more if you are coming here to ski or enjoy the outdoors. Short walk to lift.
