The property was excellent with plenty of room, lots of separate areas inside with lovely views of the sea. Outside also had areas with different aspects and seating areas, loads of space. The house had everything you woyld need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hi Catrina,
We were really careful in choosing the bed's and mattresses and the sheets etc too, so it's great that people enjoy them!
All the best,
Owen.
The property was exactly as we remembered and provided us with all that we were looking for and needed. It is in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful, but with such easy access to lots of places. For us all it’s very much home from home and I anticipate we will be looking to visit again next year
the kitchen was very well stocked the whole property was very clean our dog loved it and so did we Owen was easy to comunicate with it was very well thoughtout a lot of thought for what people need when away from home it went the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable
Absolutely splendidly peaceful and beautiful corner of Norfolk. Was the perfect place to spend a weekend that marked by late husband's birthday and celebrating my eldest's 18th.Access to the beach is so easy and handy. Could easily hide away for a week without leaving.100% will be back.
Beach view cottage Hemsby, really enjoyed our stay, lovely and clean, amazing sea views from the living room window and garden, can hear the waves, carnt fault anything. Will be returning.
There was 2 couples and two dogs, we stayed in the Annex which had everything you needed and lovely views, only issue was the smell coming up from the shower waste which needs attention. Our friends were in the main house which again had lovely views there was plenty of room for us all and it had a nice wood burner and newly fitted kitchen, only issues again was a smell in the shower waste in the en-suite and the sofa in the lounge needs replacing as we think the springs have gone in it, many cobwebs as well, we travelled in one car but it states there is room for two but would be a tight squeeze to get two on there, overall we had a nice weekend with walks along the lovely beach, just some issues that needed sorting out to make it a perfect weekend
The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The studio is completely separate to the main bungalow. It had its own mini kitchen which was really useful. The owner was really helpful when we had a problem with hot water in the studio and resolved it promptly. It was in a great quiet location but an easy walk into Hemsby Town for shops / food and arcades. The view over the dunes and sea from the garden is fabulous. There are several routes down to the beach . Would definitely stay there again.

That's lovely thanks Julie. Really pleased you liked it!
Excellent communication from host. Lovely location. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Well equipped house. Loved seeing the seals at Horsey Gap.
Beautiful home. Stunning location. Spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there. Lovely enclosed garden which was safe for our dogs. And the view…… to die for
We loved our stay at Beach View! The stress of a few hectic months simply melted away. From the request to book through arrival and our reluctant departure Owen was a great communicator. The kitchen is well stocked, the decor throughout is lovely and the attention to detail is perfect. The views of the dunes and beach kept us entertained ... the sunrises were spectacular and we even had a little snow! We would love to return for an annual rest and reset.

Perfect! So lovely to read, exactly what we are aiming for!
The property was as described. Lovely location, overlooking the sea and dunes. The house is located on or near a camp park, but that is not an issue and actually means that there are other services available (car charger, pub etc).
What a great place with an amazing view. We really enjoyed our Christmas away. Thank you very clean and tidy. Everything you could ask for and more. Lovely beach walks. Watching the seals
We really enjoyed the venue and absolutely loved the house – it’s in a great location. The annex could do with a little attention: the boiler went off affecting the hot water, so we had to reset it, and there were a few woodlice in the shower. If the annex hasn’t been used for a while, it might be worth checking these things before guests arrive. Aside from that, everything was perfect and we would definitely book again.
