The MIRAMAR by Riviera Holiday Homes is a very bright 110m2 apartment. It features a large terrace offering a unique sea view from the living room. On the 5th floor with lift, this holiday rental is located 200 m from the beach and close to shops in Beaulieu and Villefranche.



The apartment consists of a large living/dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (4 electric hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, small appliances).

Bedrooms: 2 rooms, one with a 160 cm bed and its shower room with toilet and very large walk-in wardrobe attached to the room, and the other with 2 90 cm beds and large wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

Contemporary and bright decoration (marble, tiles and parquet). New flat-screen television, wifi internet.

The location and views were breathtaking! The primary en suite bathroom had a musty smell, and we could not get rid of the ants in there and throughout the kitchen. It wasn't an emergency, so we just handled it. That same bathroom is quite small and hard to maneuver in, so travelers should keep this in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great stay.
