This apartment is conveniently located next to the main village of St Jean and the property manager was highly responsive and helpful. While a bit dated the apartment is. Lean and functional.

We enjoyed it a lot

Excellent location and communication with the owner. It is close to the bus stop, restaurants and the pharmacy. The closes beach is 5’ walk. The terrace is amazing as you have the shade all day long. The furniture is a bit older but it makes the charm of the apartment. All in all great the only thing I would change would be the bed as a bit old and small for us.

Amazing location with everything you need

Such a great space. Right near the water. Quiet and peaceful and the promenade to Beaulieux and beautiful beaches and views, starts across the street. It is gorgeous anytime of day. Christophe was a great host. He met us and explained everything. Gave us some great tips on places to visit and ways to get there. Would love to come back again. Parking worked great for us, but there is a bus stop across the street and plenty to see that is walkable.

Fantastic apartment with amazing view

Very central apartment. Huge balcony with beautiful views of the marina and the mediterranean sea. Spacious rooms. Clean. A kitchen that is very well equipped. The host was very accomodating. The best beach is 5 minutes away by foot. I would highly recommend this place!

Great place in the center of Cap Ferrat

A great place, in a great location if you want to be close to the center of Cap Ferrat. You have a beach nearly outside the house and other beaches a short walk away. We didn't miss anything in the apartment and with a balcony, what more could you ask for? Great beds, we slept very well and that without even using the AC. Can only recommend the place and especially the Christophe who is very nice an communicative. So, if we come back to Cap Ferrat, this is the place to stay!

Die Wohnung ist zentral oberhalb des Hafens gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nicht super modern, aber sehr charmant. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
