Very clean place, amazing view and breeze being so high up from the waterfront. The 300 stairs to the beach were overwhelming at first but we figured out the bus system quickly and utilized that a lot. Great home base to visit other places like Nice, Menton and Monaco. Sabine was very helpful with providing information about the area and the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property with stunning views!!! Lovely & clean apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay!! The pool was quiet and the area was very relaxing .. The property is well located close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to allow for a tranquil and extremely enjoyable vacation.. Great holiday location

Stunning views of Villefranche, which is a lively town with some lovely restaurants. It is a steep climb up from the town/beach to the apartment- not for the faint-hearted! Easy day trips by train, and some great walks. Apartment is very well equipped, and hosts very helpful.

A lovely spot, with incredible views

Loved our time here. Gorgeous views, spotless place with lovely new kitchen. It worked perfectly for us. You can walk straight down the hill to the best swimming beach in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, lots of thoughtful small touches and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay

Suburb. The old town is very charming, the beaches were fine. Good place to stay to visit Nice or Monaco. Good restaurants nearby. The appartement was very good with indeed a magnificent view. The swimming pool and parking place were super. The owners were very friendly and really wanted to help us if needed.

We have had the best holiday in this appartment. It has a fantastic view, good location and a nice and calm pool. The appartment is very well equiped - nothing is missing. Good communication with the owner. We will like to come again next year.

Excellent proximity to village/restaurants/shops

We stayed at the apartment for a week and had a fabulous stay. The apartment has everything you could possibly wish for - we enjoyed the evenings on the balcony with a great bottle of wine and food sourced locally. As this is also near the railway station made great use of a train as a break from driving to go to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. Would return in a heartbeat

Excellent Stay

The hosts are absolutely incredible. They greeted me directly at the apartment and then made sure I had and understood everything I needed for my stay. The apartment itself is clean, stylish and welcoming not to mention that the view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is even nicer than the online pictures. I highly recommend this apartment and expect to stay here on my next visit to Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Villefranche-sur-Mer Magnifique

Our stay at this location was absolutely fabulous. With the breathtaking views from our terrace to the cleanliness of the unit one would be truly impressed. Our host Jean Pierre epitomizes graciousness having gone out and getting us fresh milk and tea as we checked in very late and had yet not acquired our car rental. We most heartedly recommend this stay to anyone that may be interested. We will most definitely be coming back.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely clean one bed apartment with fantastic views, being central to Villefranche. We enjoyed our weeks stay and had hired a car so the parking was a bonus. The property was comfortable being in an elevated position over the town on a main road. The town Centre and train station could be accessed on foot if you didn’t mind climbing several steep stairs but the views over Villefranche-sur-Mer were simply amazing from the balcony. Would love to return one day.

Excellent Apartment

We very much enjoyed the quality of this apartment. The unit is modern, clean and very functional for two people. Jean Pierre and Sabine were very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had. The view from the balcony is spectacular. While the location is good, you may find having a car or utilizing ride share or bus service is worth the trip from town back to the apartment. Thank you Sabine and Jean Pierre

Perfection!

My husband and I travelled to the south of France to attend the Monaco Grand Prix. Villefranche is the most perfect, picturesque little town and the best "home base" in my opinion to explore the coast. The apartment was pure perfection. Spotless, comfortable, everything you could possibly need is there. My favourite was the million dollar view from the deck...I sat there every morning and every night. I cannot wait to return and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you Jean Pierre and Sabine :)

Fantastic apartment with panoramic view over the bay. We didn't have a car during our stay, so be prepared for many stairs when going down into town. We used Uber for transportation to the airport (50). Trains along the Côte d’Azur run regularly, but they can be quite crowded at certain times. Remember to buy a return ticket to Nice in advance, as it makes the journey home in the evening much easier. Menton was also a nice visit during our stay. The town offers many excellent restaurants and a lovely beach. When cruise ships arrive, the beach can get quite crowded in July. So consider the smaller beach Plage de la Darse.If you don't have a car, it can be helpful to order heavier groceries from the supermarket via Uber Eats. For smaller purchases, the Casino supermarket is convenient. On Saturdays, there is a fantastic food market in town. Also, be sure to visit the organic bakery Le Pétrin Bio, located just across the street.The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The pool area is fantastic and very peaceful.
