The accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped with everything. There are shops and restaurants within close proximity. With granddaughter who loved the loft bed! Highly recommend.

Quick trip to Paris

Two nights in Paris so we wanted to be central - Julianne’s place was perfect! Close to the center of Paris with easy access to the Metro as well. It’s small but it worked well for the three of us!

My wife, two daughters and I had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and modern, also very cozy. We don't mind a smaller space so this fit our needs well. The loft bed is comfy and private. The sofa was comfortable per our daughters. We loved the location. Make sure to message the host before your arrival to retrieve the key. It's located in a lock box a few blocks away on the exterior of the building. The host got back with any questions promptly. Overall, A for us.

The apartment is small, but very functional and everything is brand new. The bedroom is in a loft above the kitchen with very low ceilings, so if you are not very mobile, or not a fan of tight spaces, this could be a problem. The location is in an area that has a number of wholesale fashion shops and there are many options for restaurants nearby. The only issue we had was in the instructions for getting the key at one location and finding the apartment at another. The location instructions were not very clear (full of distracting emojis and partial links that did n’t work). We grabbed a cab from Gare Nord to get the key and head to the apartment and even the cab driver had difficulty getting there. Directions (map) to the nearest metro station (Réaumur–Sébastopol) to collect the key and then walk to the apartment would have been the easiest option and helpful for visitors

This was a perfect location for our first time in Paris. We stayed for 6 days and walked just about everywhere we could because of the convenience. We found some great eating options near by. There are plenty of shops with great prices. It worked well for a group of 3 girls. The host checked on us throughout our time. I definitely recommend staying here!
