Perfect location in Paris!

We couldn't have picked a more central or convenient location! While the property is small, it didn't matter much because we were always out and about. And it was very comfortable. Restaurants all around and easy access to all sites!

Great little gem

The apartment is perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. There were tons of activities just a few steps outside our door plus easy access to the sights of Paris. The property manager was incredibly helpful and hospitable even made recommendations to what ended up being our favorite restaurant in the city. Highly recommend this booking.

Great location

Great location for Metro stops, restaurants, bakery and cafes shops in 5 minutes. The host is very responsive to respond any questions. Nannbag is next to the apartment to store luggages , which is very convenient too. We had a great time in Paris. Thanks for hosting us.

Great stay in an excellent location

We spent a week in the apartment which was very close to the Louvre. We had access to many Metro stops from here as its close to Chatelet des Halles, just. Block from Rue Rivoli and 2-3 blocks from the Seine. We walked everywhere and had a comfy apartment to return to.

Convenient location

Very close to shopping and cafes. Hidden location. Cleaning person arrived at 8:30am instead of after check out. But all was fine. Hot towel rack was great!

The location was centralized with food options after a busy day of exploring and made our 3-day stay in the city very enjoyable. So many great things to say about the apartment and the host of this property. Jola was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries both before arrival and during our stay. The apartment couldn’t have been in a better location. Easy access via all forms of transportation, exceptional shops and restaurants but most importantly, walking distance to many of the must-see museums. The apartment is well appointed with sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, tea, etc. very comfortable bed including the space efficient sofa bed that my very tall son occupied. As it can get very hot in the summer in Paris, we were thrilled to have a place that stayed relatively cool even without the air conditioner. We ran the AC infrequently and had just ran the fan which works perfectly. I would highly recommend Jola’s place for a couple or even 3 people for maximum comfort. Although it could sleep 4, it might feel a bit snug. Next time I’m in Paris, I will definitely build my itinerary around availability of this specific apartment.

Studio with great location

Great communication with host at anytime. The location is near some of the major attractions. Cafe's half a block away, safe area. Comfortable bed. Shower nice. Kitchen well stocked.

Best location

The communication was fantastic. Jola is very helpful, the apartment is minute walk from the Lourve, Opera house, Train and bus stops. The apartment has Parisian old character but the interior is modern enough and accommodates 4 people comfortably. This apartment is a perfect place for a short visit.

Excellent location and it felt very safe at night when we did a lot of our exploring. The host was very communicative which was helpful. The washer/dryer was broken when we arrived and we were not notified which was disappointing as we had been travelling already for 10 days. But there was a laundry mat around the corner. There was a smell to the apartment - moth balls? After leaving Paris our clothing still has that smell…

Jola was a nice host and very responsive! Everything we needed for our stay was available from disheasher to washing machine and detergent. When we arrived, my kids got disappointed about the entrance and stairs conditions (since they looked so old) but the apartment was nicely prepared. The location is awesome and also there is a market right downstairs if you need anything.

Excellent location, wonderful host!

We had a great stay at this property! It is an excellent location, located very close to the metro, the river, many restaurants and shops, the Louvre, and other tourist spots. The property had everything we needed, and the host was extremely helpful and communicative, immediately calling me when I had a question and helping me work it out. The only drawback is that there is not much natural light, but if you are looking for a place to stay while exploring the city, it is perfect! We spent most of our time out in Paris and it did not bother us. You can’t beat this location and this host for this price!

The property is in a great location and fairly central. Communication with Jola was great, we were given the check-in information in great details and Jola was quick to respond to are queries. The property itself for clean and tidy with most amenities provided. The only downside was therproperty although ideal for a couple was small for a family. Once the sofa bed was in use as in out case there was no room in to walk around comfortably a d was very cramped.Overagregreat

Great Location

The apartment was clean and in a great location. However, very very small for a family of four. It was hard to move around once we opened the pull out bed for the kids. There also is no natural light as it’s an interior apartment. For two it’s plenty of space. I would not stay here again as a family of four.

The listing says that it sleeps 4 people but keep in mind that when you're 4 people the apartment is very small and very tight and want you start putting luggages in the room there's not much place to walk. If you're a family of 4 I highly recommend to book somewhere else because it gets frustrating after a few days. As well, this is an old building so there is no elevator, you have to drag your luggage up the tight staircase. The main reason we booked this place was for the location.

Outstanding location, but the apartment is tiny and dark. There is almost no natural light. There is also a lack of storage for our clothing. Otherwise it is clean and well equiped.

Perfect location.

This apartment is in a great location, with easy access (a couple blocks) to major train station, and walking distance to the Seine, many cafes, parks, and museums. It’s a bit larger than a normal hotel room so it’s perfect for 1 person , or a couple, but may feel cramped with 3+ if you’re using for anything other than a place to sleep at night. The host was very helpful and easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well maintained. There is no air conditioning and limited windows so it can get warm in the summer. Highly recommend the caves du louvre for a wine tour and tasting! Right beneath the apartment Overall, a great stay and, and I’d book again.

Sweet Spot

The location of the apartment is perfect. There was construction work happening in the light well which started daily at 7 am and was a bit dusty, but hopefully that will end soon and other reviews about the darkness of the apt can be reversed. Using the key is tricky, perhaps gouging out the doorway a bit more can be helpful and better identification of the apt. Previous owners names are on a a tiny placard to the right of the door. Totally enjoyable, I would stay again.

Excellent Stay

The location is wonderful. Steps to the Louvre, Palais Royale, and Galarie Vivienne. Chatelet les Halle is your closest metro station. But the apartment is a tucked away den from the bustle of the streets of Paris. A few tips: *It's the third door as you head up the stairs. *Watch your step as you head out the door. *There is currently (April 2024) construction in the building. Starting in the morning around 8. This also means the space lacks any natural light for the time being. *There's a lovely fromagerie and museum of wine below. *Around the corner to the right is a wonderful fruit market and a little further down is a tasty and busy boulangerie. *Kitchen is adequate for travelers but small for entertaining. *The entire apartment is parisian sized. Expect the size of a large hotel suite. Our stay was enjoyable and we always felt safe with access codes needed for the buidling.
