This was a great stay. The location was wonderful. A calmer neighborhood than the middle of Paris but still lots of cafes, restaurants, and stores in close walking distance. The apartment itself was roomy and the view was amazing. Julianne was incredibly attentive. The AC was making a weird noise and he went above and beyond to get it taken care of. I saw another review that the AC was not effective but it kept the place very cool while I was there. It would be great if there was a dish towel in the kitchen and a floor lamp in the living room, but those are just minor things. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing Views

This was the perfect place for our first time in Paris! The gated property was excellent and in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was everything in the description and more, every room had an amazing view of the Eiffle Tower! The next time I’m in Paris I already know where I’ll be staying, thanks and see you soon!

Fab apartment!

I will definitely stay at this lovely apartment when I go back to Paris! It is all we wanted and needed! Apartment is very secure. Very easy to check-in. Host responds to queries immediately. It’s around 20 steps to the nearest Metro and there are lots of restaurants, patisserie and supermarkets nearby! Nice view of the Eiffel!

Fab apartment!

Loved our stay here. The location which was near Rue du Commerce was perfect for cafes, bakeries, groceries and shopping. One that stood out was the Scoop Me a Cookie bakery - our whole family agreed, these were the best non-homemade cookies we'd ever had.Also, for Italian food, Pietro which was a building over was a standout for dinner. Finally, loved having a Metro station right outside the front door. Host had excellent communication and check-in was super easy. The walls are thin in this unit and if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them. We had no neighbors first few nights and it was very quiet, then people checked into the unit next to us and we could hear them very clearly. Would definitely stay again.

Thee day stay in Paris with two teens

I was traveling with two teens. Having a modern place where everyone had their own private space was great. The location was excellent, with the #8 metro stop right outside the door. Having a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower was bonus points. Communication was excellent as well.Only minor quibble would be that the elevator I. The building apparently is very old and can only accommodate two people and 150 kg. One or two of us would climb the 4 flights to the flat every time we left or returned. Not a big deal overall but something to consider if stair climbs aren’t your thing.

Host communicated well and was easy to contact. I felt it wasn’t as clean as it could have been (dirty placemats, old sponge in the sink, dirty hallway in common areas, no dish towel or paper towels). Maybe I have high expectations when paying 500/night. We also had just come from really nice apartments in Greece so maybe this is just Paris. Couch could have used a professional cleaning too but the inside with the pullout had clean linens. Kitchen table looked beat up and could easily be replaced to make for a nicer space. It was a pretty good location, convenient to the metro, grocery, and restaurants. Our biggest issue was we were there during the heat wave where it got to 101 F and the AC is not very powerful so we ended up leaving after the first night and went to an airport hotel since we were flying out in the morning. Thankfully the new hotel was fairly new and has good AC. Space would be better for 4 people vs 6. Not a lot of room for suitcases.
