Michelle’s house was perfect for my husband’s post hospitalization. It was clean, comfortable and everything about it made me very glad I booked it. I will try to book again on our next trip to COS.Michelle is the best owner/host!

The host was so amazing and very helpful to our needs. The home was very nice and clean. It was in the center of the things we wanted to visit. I will try to rent this place again when we go back. Definitely worth the money.

Overall we had a very nice stay here. Keep in mind the property is near downtown where there may be a higher homeless population. Nevertheless, the cottage is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Michelle was very responsive when it came to communicating and check-in/check-out was easy. The only thing I have to say is the beds are not the most comfortable and could use an upgrade.

Stayed here for a week and absolutely enjoyed the stay. Plenty of amenities close by too! Michelle was great with communication and helped answer all of my questions. Even helped us figure out where to take my whole team for dinner.

Darling cottage centrally located in Colorado Springs. Minutes from Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods. Everything you need is mere minutes from the cottage. If ever I were to return to Colorado Springs, I'd book this cottage again.

This home was perfect for my friend and I for two nights while we participated in our 50th(!) Palmer High School reunion! The house is nicely remodeled, well-maintained, and spotless. The living room furniture was comfortable for our late evening chats. Also, comfortable beds and great to have two bathrooms. The host was responsive and accommodating. (Note: This was not a problem for us, but the backyard is not landscaped and was covered in short weeds.) We had a wonderful visit, and I would stay here again!

Stayed three nights during the National Firefighters Memorial weekend with another retired firefighter friend. Location is great - one mile from the park, one block from a liquor store and two blocks from Dutch Brothers coffee and 7-11. The interior is updated nicely with very comfortable couches and beds. The house is small, but was perfect for two adults with our own separate quarters and a fair sized fenced in back yard. The appliances are all new and kitchen well stocked for preparing one's own meals. Split level AC units in each bedroom and main dining/kitchen area kept the house at a comfortable temp.The neighborhood is on the lower economic side but we had no concerns with walking to local stores nor other safety issues. Listing mentioned a local hospital with sirens but we only heard sirens once and were not bothered by any loud noises - even while sitting in the back yard chairs.The fair rental price matches the overall accommodations. Would stay here again.
