We absolutely LOVED this property. The hosts communicated so well; the check-in process was simple; and once inside, we instantly felt like we were at home. The space was appointed beautifully, and it was SUPER CLEAN. EXCELLENT. I don't say that lightly. This place deserves the rating(s). Great sleeping, kitchen setup, and more. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near shopping and more. We were so, so pleased with our stay and would return. Also, simple, hassle-free checkout. If you're looking for superior accommodations and hosts who really care about hospitality, this is the place to be. Thank you again! :-)

The place was a perfect, cozy getaway to relax on my trip to visit my son, who is a cadet at USAFA. The fireplace created a warm ambiance. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the entire place was very clean! The hosts responded very quickly.

Great Accommodations.

Great stay for families!

Very clean place, it’s a shared space but your space is very private. They even leave snacks out for you and your littles to enjoy. Neighborhood is nice and close to most major attractions. Hosts are also very responsive and can help with your needs should something arise. Lastly, a nice touch was the postcards and free stamp so you can mail family about your experience. Definitely will stay again, loved every bit of our stay!

Cozy basement and great hosts

Very cozy basement, well equipped and clean. The hosts are incredibly considerate and helpful. The only thing we recommend is upgrading the path or paths on the side of the home to get to the basement.

We were in the Springs for a wedding. My daughter’s family was staying at Great Wolf, the wedding was at Garden of the Gods and the reception was a mile to our south. The location was idea.This is a fantastic unit. It is a well-designed space and finished with style. The kitchenette is well stocked and turn-key ready. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Every room is device ready with USB power cubes and Bluetooth speakers. The bedroom with the bunkbeds is stocked with children’s toys.Our stay was quite enjoyable and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
