We had a great time staying here! The apartment is nicely decorated and spotless, with modern fixtures, It's compact, but just right for a couple, The bathroom is brand new and really lovely! The only downside is that the entrance is next to the building's trash cans, which wasn't ideal, We recommend that the hosts consider relocating the bins to the opposite side of the courtyard, The apartment is situated approximately a 15-minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient to explore Paris,

The accommodation was spotless but extremely warm, It would be beneficial to have some fans available, There seems to be a leak under the sink and the instructions for key collection are quite confusing, they should clearly state that the instructions are in the link provided, Additionally, the parking area mentioned was unavailable and the neighbors upstairs were very noisy, The couch requires a thorough cleaning as it was quite dirty,
