Charming, fully renovated loft, 50 m², quiet, on the 2nd floor of a building overlooking an inner courtyard, accommodating 1 to 6 people at the foot of Montmartre Hill. Open floor plan, beautiful natural light, and high ceilings. It consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a dining table for 6 people, 2 dressing rooms, and 2 high-quality pull-out sofas that can be converted into 6 single beds (90x200) or 2 double beds (160x200). A glass partition with blackout blinds separates the bedroom from an open-concept bathroom (similar to the kitchen, but in the bathroom). The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and capsule coffee maker…
Towels and linens are provided. Connected TV (Wi-Fi).
The neighbors are a bit “artsy,” very friendly; there’s a great atmosphere, and a yoga class is held in the back building. The apartment stays very cool in the summer, but fans are available.
The location is ideal for exploring the area. It’s at the foot of the hill. Unlike the apartments in the buildings on the hill, you don’t have to climb endless stairs to get to them.

It’s ideally located in the heart of the bohemian bourgeois area of the 18th arrondissement and just a 5-minute walk from the tourist areas of Montmartre and Abbesses. Lots of great spots in the area (no tourist traps). Great brunch and breakfast...

Nice quiet flat in a great location.

Spring break with a village vibe

Perfect location and excellent communication with owner. If you want a small slice of Parisian village life just a 15 minute walk to the Sacre Cour , this is the loft for you! Excellent acess to Meteo line 12, you'll be in the heart of eiffel tour and louve within 20 - 30 min. We will be back soon!

Fantastic loft at the heart of Montmartre

The Sloth loft was incredibly comfortable and welcoming for our stay in Montmartre. We had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Romain was incredibly quick to respond to any questions and we felt that we were well taken care of. The large bathtub in the master bedroom was a welcome bonus after a long day walking in the cold. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Paris.

Great place!

This unit is brilliantly located to spend time in Montmartre and quite convenient for all of central paris. Line 12 is very easy to access via road or some of the neighbourhoods charminbg staircases. The unit is in a very cute building overlooking a courtyard (toud want to have blinds closed for privacy. The decor and amenities were lovely and helpful. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathtub and and shower. We stayed with an 8 and 13 year old and they loved it! We were all comfortable.

Charming loft in Montmartre

My fiancé, myself and our 2 adult children spent a few days at this property. The owner was very responsive and very easy to deal with. Loft is comfortable, very quiet, and close to the metro. We enjoyed getting to know this part of Paris. Closest metro station is Lamarck Caulaincourt on line 12. We took the metro one night at midnight and felt safe walking back to the condo. Owner had left 2 fans for us to make our stay more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ideal Stay in Paris

This may seem to be far out in the 18th Arrondisment, but it is a vibrant local neighborhood very close to public transit but refreshingly far enough away from the crowds in the heat of Montmartre. Everything needed was within a five minute walking distance and the value versus neighborhoods closer to the Seine was too good to pass up. And with room dividers, there was enough privacy for us and our 14 and 10 year olds. The only thing I will note is that the sloth loft no longer has a sloth that we could find - it was on the headboard of the only full bed, but not anymore...

Cooles Design, tiptop Lage, Romain ist echt lässig, alles sauber, alles irre chic, optimal für 2 oder für 1 Familie. 2&2 geht nicht, dafür isses zu intim.

Lovely place

Great location and wonderful accommodation four our family of 5. Everything about our stay was great. No air conditioning but for us, the fans provided in the flat were sufficient. The only couple of minor downsides in our experience in this flat were that the internet password changed around 5:00 am on our departure date and we were unable to search directions for our next destination and the walls could have been spot cleaned a little better. Overall, would recommend this place.

Perfect Paris Getaway

This flat is in the perfect spot in Montmartre! It is exactly as shown and was very clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the flat is well equipped with everything you might need and is one block away from the metro and cute cafes and restaurants. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again Romain!

Modern Apartment, great location

The apartment is situated only a few minutes from a metro station that directly leads into the centre. The Sacre Coeur Church, where one can enjoy the view over Paris is close. The apartment has a room with a seperatable bedroom. When travelling with multiple people it´s recommended that these know each other quite well: the space is rather limited. One can see inside the bathroom, despite blinders, and it has only one toilet. The place is clean and tastefully decorated. For stays with 6 people we thought it to be less suited, for 2-4 people the apartment is ideal.

Well done remodeled flat in Montmartre. Comfortable and quiet.

We enjoyed our 12 days in the newly renovated flat in Montmartre. New appliances and kitchen area. The shower is great. Walking distance to many local eateries. Sleeps 6 so we were glad for the extra space for the two of us. Romain communicates well via email and text. The flat lives up to the pictures and description. We would definitely return.
