What a lovely island in the middle of the Dorsoduro

The house offers everything you can wish for during your stay with a larger group in Venice. The courtyard is a lovely place to start the day having a breakfast outside. The living room is sort of a jewel that makes your stay very special. Finally the bedrooms with en suite baths each... each and every room is special and creates a sense of luxury. We will definitely get back to this lovely place... Just keep up with your excellent service. Never experienced such good service several times in a row.

An absolute gem in the heart of Venice at great value. The house is beautiful and an art showcase in itself, with each room full of character. As summer visitors, we were also very pleased with the effective air conditioning. We booked knowing that there was a lift, which was handy for our multi-generational family.The location was also ideal for us. A quiet little alley at all times of day but with everything in reach. A quick walk to the Accademia bridge or the nearby traghetto stop gets you to all the San Marco sights in no time. There's also a grocery store just down the road too.Hosts were also very welcoming, quick to communicate, and helpful with all our requests. We would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone we know.

This is one of the most stunning properties we have ever stayed at and everyone was so friendly, helpful, accommodating and responsive. Marco was so very kind and helped us with absolutely everything. The place is perfectly situated, just enough in the middle of things to feel engaged, but quiet enough for rest when you want it. Comfortable beds, amazing space. Gorgeous courtyard. I cannot recommend this enough. We will be back!
