About this property

Marangoon, Split, city center studio apartment, cozy and vibrant stay

Dear guests,
Our apartment is on the top floor of a small building with only four apartments, in the heart of the historic old town, meters close to Diocletian's palace West gate, in a quiet little street with stone houses and green wooden doors :) Our guests use stairs to get to the apartment. It is best convenient for two adults, but we also provide crib for the baby 💕
Neighborhood is mostly full of hotels, restaurants, fish market just around the corner, main fruit and vegetable market 5 min walking distance away.. All main tourist attractions are very close, also beaches and walking spots. Very pleasant even if you need a quick snack or need to go to the supermarket. Walking distance are taxi stops, and also ferry, train and bus terminals.
Paid parking lots, 5-10 min walking distance from the apartment. If you wish to feel old town vibes, and enjoy breakfast or cup of coffee by the sea, our place should be very suitable for you. Further more, location is also perfect if you wish to spend your vacation by taking boat tours to the islands like Brač, Hvar, Vis, Šolta.. Since ferries and boats are 5-10 min walking distance away.

We will try to make your visit as pleasant as possible, and welcome you to our hometown!

We enjoyed staying at Marangoon. Located in the old town near the fish market. The host is very kind and attentive. This charming apartment is nicely arranged and decorated. It has 3 windows with double glazing which is making good sound proof. As the old town building, one should climb up narrow stairs to the top floor of the building. It maybe an issue for some people. Good property. We will come back again.

My Sister and I own this little gem in the old town. We are really proud that out guests find it cozy and suitable for a comfortable stay. Split is a but chilly in winter days, but then again, not crowded , so our gusest get to experience waking up in the historic centre, no noise, very close to all major tourist sights. On the other hand, summer in Split is something unforgetable 🤗
Since we are both mothers, we truly try to make our guests feel comfy and like at home when being our guests❣️
