Everything Good

The property sits on an eclectic, amazing tiny street with Architecture from 200 years ago to Ultramar. Simply charming. In a half block either direction you run into an enormous variety of shops, including green roses, jewelry maker, French patisserie, and the charming Greene Park. It is in a bus transportation center without being noisy. Finally the property itself while multi story was very clean, very convenient and extremely updated.The only but, the process for collecting the property keys could be more streamline. Having said that I highly recommend this property.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Check in was a terrible experience, 1hr prior to my arrival and still hadn’t received the code to pick up the keys, which by the way, it’s a 13-min walk from the property and only from 8am-11pm, how this can be a good customer experience? Property was dirty, spider web and dust in lamps, shades, shelves, it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in more than 2 months. Hot weather and not even a single bed sheet available other than a comforter, so either too hot or nothing. One main fan in the bedroom upstairs was broken, shades didn’t roll down to block the sun. Bathroom downstairs was impossible to take a shower and not leak water everywhere as the rubber under the shower panel was removed, toilet paper holder was broken. In summary, value for your money is awful and if people decide to be a host, they should treat like a business and focus on the customer, I would never recommend to a friend.
