Beautiful and serene 8th floor beachfront condo with large balcony, full kitchen, and all of the ammenities of home. Beachfront pool and jacuzzi areas (located on the 3rd floor) are definitely a plus! Easy access to the beach and awesome view of the bayside as well! Condo has close proximity to the elevator and enclosed parking garage, which include luggage carts

We had a great time at this condo. Kari was a great host and has made the place cute and cozy. Easy access straight down to the beach. Amazing view all day and night from the 8th floor balcony. Plenty of extras and amenities to tide you over while using the kitchen and cooking. If you have not been to SPI, this condo is a good choice. Loved our stay! Thanks Kari.

Home sweet home away from home:This place is absolutely amazing. Kari, provides a wonderful experience. She provides extra amenities than most other places. The communication is fantastic. She reply’s almost immediately. The view! It’s like a picture worth a thousand words. If you do not stay here, you’re truly missing out on a trip of a life time. I plan to come back next year. Perfect location. Right on the beach. Kari provided beach supplies (ie. towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.) which was really helpful. Great rental for a family vacation.
