The garden is spacious, with a well-manicured lawn and a few palm trees and colourful flowering shrubs that add a touch of freshness and privacy. In the centre of the garden is a crystal-clear pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days. The pool is surrounded by a lounge area with sun loungers and umbrellas, where guests can relax and soak up the sun. Next to it is a barbecue area with a covered outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco dinners with family or friends.

The interior of the house is decorated in a modern and cosy style, featuring light tones and natural materials such as wood and stone. The ground floor features a living room with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a family-sized table. Additionally, this floor includes a double bedroom and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms overlooking the garden and a full bathroom.
Located near the beach, this house offers an ideal experience for those seeking a relaxing holiday in a natural, family-friendly setting.

Reasonable electricity usage is 14 kW/day. Any usage exceeding 14 kW/day will be charged at 0.25€/kWh. For reservations of more than 27 days, the total electricity cost will be added.
Damage deposit: 250€. Refundable at the end of your stay. For guests under 25 years of age, the damage deposit may vary without prior notice!
Smoking is allowed outdoors.
Please respect the neighbors’ right to rest (no noise at night).
Please take care of the house and furniture and keep them in good condition, as if they were your own.
Please do not eat or drink in bed. Keep the kitchen in acceptable condition. Excessive dirt may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Improper use of the pool and the property’s facilities can cause damage, drowning, or even death; tenants are solely responsible for this. The owner will not be held liable for this.
