The property was very dated really needs a refurbishing ,towels and bedding were old and the pool had loads of flies in it! Overall it was well located and suitable for our short time there but very overpriced for its old state. Hosts were lovely thank you

En avril la piscine est en hivernage La maison est ancienne mais propre et saine et la literie est neuve ainsi que les draps et serviettes propre pour chaque nouveau venu .. C est une maison typique Espagnole donc à l ancienne mais pour passer un séjour elle est confortable et le prix n est pas cher par rapport au cartier ou la maison se trouve à 6 mn à pieds de la plage et de quelque restaurant

A car is recommended if you have children . The road to the beach and city center is for cars and very long for small children to walk in the heat .

Bella ma trascurata

La casa de Ana è una villa anni 70 molto bella ma anche poco manotenuta Il nostro approccio non è stato dei migliori in quanto la casa era stata sicuramente chiusa durante la precedente settimana e quindi presentava un cattivo odore di umidità (sarebbe bastato aprirla la mattina per rendere il check-in più gradevole). Peraltro l'indicazione su Vrbo era di una casa climatizzata almeno per quanto riguarda le camere da letto mentre così non è stato in quanto l'aria condizionata era solo in una camera da letto e nel soggiorno. In conclusione una coppia ha dormito nella camera da letto condizionata mentre l'altra nel salone. Tranne comunque qualche piccolo inconveniente (2 scarafaggi o cucaracha che però abbiamo capito facciano parte stabilmente della fauna locale) il soggiorno è stato confortevole, non rivolgiamo pertanto alcuna critica ma un consiglio alla proprietà ci sembra d'obbligo ed è quello di intervenire in quanto basta veramente poco per rendere la casa un gioiellino (sostituire un cintino corda della tapparella non ha un gran costo).
