The Breakwater Beach Pad combines luxury, convenience, and location. Relax while watching the waves break or enjoy the many amenities of North Coast Village that are surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. This is a studio (no separate bedroom) condo with the finest features and new contemporary furnishings. These features include: Samsung HDTV, Wireless Internet Connection throughout the condo, community, and beach, a wall mounted LED color changing fireplace, two ceiling fans (No AC- portable available), Fisher Paykel Two-Drawer Dishwasher and Refrigerator with a wine rack, Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid Convection Oven/Steamer/Microwave (not a full sized oven), a spa-like bathroom with towel warmer, a custom wall bed with a high end memory foam mattress that can be stored easily away for extra living space, a pull-out sofa to accommodate two additional guests, an ottoman that pulls out to a small bed, and a balcony to enjoy the ocean view with a breeze! Once you have stepped onto the grounds of North Coast Village you will be surrounded by waterfalls, saltwater pools, spas, and  a large Koi ponds. There is a Recreational Room equipped with pool tables, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. There is a small putting green and a fitness room complete with a sauna room. If you take a few more steps you will find yourself on the white sandy shores of Breakwater Beach.  There is a lot to see and do within walking distance but please browse our website to discover all that Oceanside and San Diego have to offer. PLEASE NOTE: North Coast Village is a smoke free community and smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

This is an ideal location!! We had the most relaxing, fun, perfect trip. So close to the harbor and the pier, walking distance from fantastic restaurants and right on the glorious water. Brooke was very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend. The murphy bed was comfortable and we had plenty of bedding. It is small but no complaints, it’s very nice.

We checked out quite a few spots, but yours was the closest to the beach! The room was exactly as we pictured. Everything was perfect, and we had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful, and parking was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend renting this unit to anyone who wants a lovely beach view in a comfy place. Thanks, Chuck..

This was a great unit for us. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. There is a good view of the ocean and we could leave the sliding door open to listen to the ocean all night. The covered parking that is included was another wonderful plus. There are so many places to eat that are in walking distance or a short car ride. The host communications was great.

This condo was delightful! Easy to check in. I love the keypad on the door! Brooke was very accommodating and responded to questions quickly. The space is modern and clean, with plenty of towels and storage space. There were no toiletries so bring your own! The condo is a studio so quite small but perfect for 1-2 people . The view from the balcony is great and you can hear the ocean from the bed! Love the pools and jacuzzis on this property as well. It never disappoints!

The beach view was amazing! The condo is modern and super clean. It comes furnished with everything you would need for a great stay. LOVED it! The property (pool, hot tubs, walking paths, bbq) also makes for such a great visit.

Very nice condo, clean, well maintained, updated with modern amenities, and wonderfully hosted. Beautiful ocean view and walk-to-beach, plus many community amenities. A few key items to note are that the max clearance of the parking garage is 6'5", which is lower than many full-size trucks, SUVs, and vans. Overflow surface parking is available, however ingress/egress from the surface parking to the condo is terrible, necessitating a walk of over 200 yards through gates and up stairs/elevator from the overflow lot, either on the street sidewalk or through condo common area walkways. The listing does not mention the parking limitation, and we only learned of it with the final check-in details. Second, the building is a little older, and condos lack central air conditioning. The condo had a portable A/C unit that worked for about 20 minutes at a time before filling with condensate water that required power-down and drainage. Finally, the listing mentioned a washer in the condo and we found none, though the building has an excellent, conveinient, automated laundromat that worked well for us.

Perfect stay!

Communication was great! My Husband & I needed a weekend away and this condo was everything we were looking for! The property was so clean & steps from the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated & equipped for all needs. Took the comfy beach chairs provided & the Murphy bed was very comfortable! We’ll re visit again!
