When we got to the place there were no keys and tenants still sleeping there. We had to go away for another three hours before the place was ready. The place had no ventilation and it smelled because of the dirty laundry left in the closet. This was very bad treatment.

Good location close to Montmartre. The unit is clean and pretty nice, however it smells moldy. Need to improve ventilation because there are no windows, no fans. Need to take care of the leaking sunroof - it rained during our time there and water dripped down on pillows. This problem has been reported at least a year ago and it's not been corrected. Has a washer but no dryer/only drying racks.

This place was absolutely awful for our stay. While the place was room enough, there were so many things wrong. 1. The air conditioning did not work at all. It stated it was running at 16, it was at least 30-35 in the apartment with no windows or fans. Emailed several times and would get response about will look into it, 8+ hours later. No response or resolution was ever given. 2. Water started spilling from the washer all over the floor. No way to contact people. Had to get 2 different from the states to call Paris and try to get help. They received an automated recording. 3. Lights went out, while other systems still worked in the apartment, there were no lights. Had a different person from the states call and was told someone will be right over, waited 2 hours with no lights and water on the floor in the heat for no one to show up. We ended up having to rent a different hotel because this one was just not safe with teenage girls and no response from people for days. Also missed most of our planned trips in Paris due to having to deal with this. Side problems we overlooked - not enough pillows for amount of people it said we would could fit. Had problems getting courtyard door open. With half our party locked inside our room with no way to get out and half our party outside with the keys trying to get in for over 10 minutes. Such a frustrating nightmare.

The flat was inhabitable due to due to it being ridden with black mold that was visible on the walls under the sink, sinks in the baseboards and in the closets. They tried to hide the smell with air freshener reads, but it hit you as soon as you open the door we were woken at 4 AM to water dripping on our faces from the roof leaking in the room with the glass ceiling. we were then told that we would not be relocated and we would also not receive a refund. If we stayed on the premises we had to spend five hours on the phone coming to that conclusion and we’re not on the premises as we had prior reservations at Disneyland in Paris this was booked through VRBO but then hand it over to two 3rd parties. I was never able to get in touch with the host and after vacating was told that I would be refunded for the nights we did not stay and no one will get in touch with me to give me that refund. We all developed rashes and got sick from the toxicity in the apartment and I had to spend over 100 talking to them on the phone as it was international and outside of my plan. I travel a lot and typically do not stay in hotels. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had while traveling.

Everything was good except for one thing - the size of beds were not as advertised - they were double beds and not kings -,the only king size mattress was in the fold out couch. Space was crammed . Needed instructions of appliances in English or other languages - other than this the host and communication and support were excellent

Was für ein Juwel! Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, und ich fand die verbesserten Reinigungsmaßnahmen sehr angenehm. Die Dusche war super, vor allem die fahrbare Duschkabine, was sehr praktisch war. Und die Waschmaschine war während meines Aufenthalts ein echter Segen.

Die Wohnung ist unbewohnbar und von schwarzem Schimmel befallen. Bei Regen tropft es von der Decke aufs Bett, und wir alle bekamen nach nur einer Nacht in der Wohnung Hautausschläge und wurden krank – verursacht durch die Giftstoffe des Schimmels. Diese Wohnung sollte auf keinen Fall vermietet werden. Der Vermieter weigert sich, die Verantwortung für die Situation zu übernehmen und uns umzuziehen, obwohl es durch das Wasser aufs Bett tropfte und niemand schlafen konnte.

Hallo, die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, aber die Bettwäsche ist viel zu weich! In einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Dachfenster, das bei Regen undicht ist! Mir sind Wassertropfen aufs Kissen gefallen. Absolut inakzeptabel! Das muss dringend behoben werden! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet! Die Check-out- und Check-out-Zeiten sind zu früh, und wenn man den Aufenthalt verlängern oder früher anreisen möchte, kostet das extra und ist überteuert! Mit ein paar Verbesserungen wäre es perfekt!
