Nice property in a great neighborhood. However, the air conditioning is inadequate during the summer months, and the internet connection is very unreliable outside of the main bedroom.

We had a great time! The location was excellent; close to the metro and touristy sights. Our host was wonderful. Very responsive and quick to answer. Gave great recommendations for restaurants and even directions on getting to sights. The apartment was clean and cool! If I had one criticism, it would be that the space was a little cramped for 5 adults but we made it work. I would highly recommend this space!

We loved our stay here in Paris. A family of four with adult children, we enjoyed the location and connectivity. We did family stuff together and kids could go out late the night with connectivity and proximity to most destinations very close. It was very easy to find the property, the checking in was smooth as per the instructions. Metro stations within walking distance and uber/taxi dropping and picking from the door step was very useself. The property was very clean and hosts were extremely responsive to all our requests (early checking in was huge since we landed earlier in the day). I will not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this property to friends and family.

L’appartement est bien agencé, agréable, situé dans une ruelle calme et très bien placé avec le métro bonne nouvelle à 2mn à pieds.L’hôte nous a permis de déposer nos bagages une heure avant l’horaire prévu ce qui nous a permis d’aller faire nos courses dans le quartier qui est bien desservi en commerces et bars-restaurant.Notre séjour d’une semaine s’est parfaitement passé.Didier S.

Le ménage n’était pas bien fait. J’ai du repasser derrière. Il manquait beaucoup de choses comme du savon pour les mains, ustensiles de base, surtout pas pour 4 personnes. Par contre, l’hôte y a remédié quand je l’ai contacté. Même s’il y a l’air conditionné, il fait chaud dans l’appartement. Les douches devraient être récurées en profondeur. Il y a un peu de moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas de place pour ranger nos vêtements dans une des chambres et pas de place pour les valises. Le réseau internet n’est pas terrible.Nous avons pu aller porter nos valises même si le logement n’était pas prêt ce qui était très apprécié. La communication avec l’hôte était très facile et à l’écoute. L’hôte répond rapidement et est efficace.La localisation est parfaite, quartier animé et prêt de tout en transport en commun, et avec des vélos. Uber a quelques fois des difficultés à se rendre à la rue.

Decent stay, good for 3 singles or small family. The door swing direction could be modified on almost all the doors could help with maneuvering the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The two bedroom, multi-bathroom/shower set up worked well for our group of 5 adults. The host was responsive, check in/check out was easy and straightforward. And the air conditioning was a bonus as it was pretty warm while we were here!This is a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, metro/bus stops, and fun things to do. Highly recommend!!
