We had a great stay! The apartment was an excellent value for Paris, especially with two bedrooms and such a convenient location. It was close to several metro stations, making it easy to get around the city, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do within walking distance. The hosts were very communicative and easy to reach when needed.The apartment did show some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the bathrooms. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences and didn't significantly affect our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious, affordable place in a great location!

Great place - and an awesome location. We loved the Press coffee across the street and an incredible mexican speakeasy nearby. Metro super close. We also found incredible street art in the neighbourhood. Comfy beds and lots of fans which was great because it was a bad heat wave. Fast communication. Would return.

This is a fantastic flat in an unbelievable location. It's not really set up for major self-catering, but since it's in the heart of a great area for eating and drinking, and there are lovely boulangeries to pick up fresh croissants for breakfast, that really doesn't matter. It's easy to access, and because it's at the rear of the building, it's beautifully quiet despite the bustling street. I loved the gentle rumbling of the distant metro trains - very soothing! I'd come back here like a shot.

Rather spacious room, and great location. The bathroom doesn't have a main shower as advertised though, only two handshowers, which have broken off from the wall. I also got an electric shock from the power outlet in the bathroom, and there is no storage in the bathroom. The beds are fairly comfortable, but medium quality, with a somewhat slanting mattress. Would be a great place, but doesn't feel like the owners put enough love into it.

This is a very clean apartment and spacious for Paris. Owners were very quick and responsive when I mis-read the instructions for getting into the apartment. Ideal for those suffering from jet lag, it is ground floor and feels almost like a cave or catacomb. It's quiet and can be made super dark any time of day. Also feels very safe; if there were protests or riots going on near Place de la Republique while we were there, we didn't notice them! From the front bedroom, you can occasionally hear people in the hallway and the rumble of what sounds like the Metro trains, but it's not loud enough to disturb your slumber. Well-appointed kitchen; if you don't have everything you need in that kitchen, I can't imagine what you're cooking! Mini fridge is fine for short stays. Several grocery stores (Franprix, Monopolize, etc. within a 5-10 minute walk. For breakfast, try the Boulangerie Utopie!

Lara, a ground-floor bedroom that goes properly dark and stays quiet is exactly what a jet-lagged body needs, so it is good to hear it did its job. Hope the kitchen and the walk to the boulangerie made mornings easy. Come back whenever Paris calls again.

Great location

This place is in a great location, steps away from a metro station and walkable to many restaurants. Keep in mind that as this is a ground floor unit, there wasn't much natural light, but the place was well-lit and comfortable, and perfect for our short stay in Paris.

We did not enjoy our stay at all. First of all you are near the front doors so every time it shuts it is incredibly loud, you can hear people walking and talking upstairs, the train rumbling at all hours. There are stairs down to the bedroom and awkward steps by the other bedroom which is hazardous. The staff is absolutely inflexible with checkin time and won’t let you in a minute before 4pm. Also we asked for more toilet paper and they said we need to buy it ourselves if we want more than 1 small roll. One of the shower handles was broken and there is no storage in the bathroom at all. One of the most disappointing stays I’ve had in a long time.

Great location

We stayed here during the Paris Olympics. The location was fantastic. I was with myself (46 year old woman) and two teenage daughters. We never felt unsafe or scared in this part of town. Apartment is small but worked for what we needed. David communicated very quickly and was great to adjust to our needs.
