Fantastic place to stay, Plenty of dining options in the vicinity, Easily accessible to the Arc de Triomphe, There were 4 of us in total staying here and while it was a bit cozy, since we only used it for sleeping, it was manageable, The Eiffel Tower was approximately a 40-minute walk away but the view was stunning, In general, we adored this place considering the cost,

We had a fantastic experience at Jacob's place! The location is stunning and it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, Jacob was an excellent host, accommodating our early check-in request, Although we encountered some difficulties with unlocking the door, Jacob was quick to respond, attentive, and helpful, Overall, it was a delightful stay and I highly recommend it! The only downside was the occasional strong sewage odor in the bathroom,

The apartment is conveniently situated near the Arc de Triomphe and the host is extremely friendly, however, the hot water supply may be insufficient if there are multiple guests, Additionally, we discovered mice under the bed and suggest that the host double-check the cleanliness,

At first, it felt a bit far to drag the luggage to find the accommodation, but once I got used to it, it was a very good location, The distance between the bed and the wall was too close, so I had to sit almost horizontally to see the TV, ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Accommodation very clean well located pleasant neighborhood br/ A bit Noisy because you have to take out the household waste early in the morning and the studio's front door overlooks this passage br/ Retrieving the keys in its box which is located in the mailbox is not very easy and requires tenacity and good handling br/ Without being air-conditioned the temperature during high heat is bearable

It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old.
