Beautiful and spacious, my studio, completely renovated in September 2012, is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (Le Marais / Beaubourg), close to all amenities: public transport, cafes, restaurants…

This charming non-smoking 35m² studio welcomes you on the 6th and last floor (lift to the 5th floor). You will appreciate its clarity and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris.

My studio includes a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge, traditional oven, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room with foldaway double bed and extra bed.

You can take your meals comfortably in the kitchen or the lounge area, at the table or at the bar. The studio is equipped with ADSL internet connection.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location to easily access much of Paris. Street can be noisy late at night. Plenty of food shops and restaurants close by. The studio is comfortable for 2, but would be crowded for 3. It has a good kitchen but only an awkward high top to eat at. Fine for breakfast. Washing machine and dishwasher are a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean apartment in Paris. It was just as it appears in the pictures. Paul was a very nice host. There were many restaurants within walking distance, as well as Notre Dame. It was very nice after walking all day to have an elevator to take us almost all the way up to the suite. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Reasonably large one room flat and excellent location for price. Within walking distance of many major tourist sites, shops, restaurants, and Les Halles station. Secure with 2 door codes plus key to flat. Flat was basically clean. Linen was clean. Washer needed some cleaning (leftover soap/lint in dispenser). Adequate closet and hangers. Adequate storage for toiletries in bathroom. Adequate dishes and pots and pans for basic cooking/eating, although we couldn't find a saucepan. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Appliances worked ok. Good Wi Fi. Room temp was okay even though it was warm outside (and flat is right below roof). Host provided 2 fans which we used only one night.Possible negatives to consider: Quite a bit of street noise when windows were open. Sharp corners on edge of bed frame (can cut leg if you accidently run into corner). Elevator is small & stops one floor below flat. Narrow stairs to climb one floor to flat.Communication with host was adequate. Host substitute was at flat to let us in as arranged when we arrived slightly before 4:00 p.m. check-in time.This was our second time staying here, and we would stay again.

It was a nice place. Could walk or Metro to everything. The only complaint is it is very hot on the 6th floor. The elevator is very small but better than no elevator.

The apartment is lovely, comfortable and well organized. It had everything we needed for a memorable stay of a week and is soperbly located for exploring the inner circle of arrondissements. Paul welcomed us and showed us how to use the appliances and heating.

Host was wonderful. A tiny but very functional place. Location is fantastic in reaching all parts of the city. The place was very clean, great bathroom and kitchen even has a dishwasher that we actually used. Elevator is great. Good for two, three would be a bit crowded.

This apartment is a good location for tourists, it was clean and well stocked. Our host communicated promptly and made sure that we had all we needed. As others mentioned, it can get very hot in the apartment, and while there are three big widows that can cool the space off, we couldn't leave them open all night, as the street below was too loud. Our April visit meant that while it did get warm, it was definitely doable- but something to keep in mind for summer visits. With the windows closed the apartment is pretty quite- so pick your poison! Bed was middle of the road- not super comfortable, but not terrible- and when you've been touring the city all day, it does the job. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it- especially for cooler months. The washer was a huge plus for us, as it meant we could travel lighter.

This a sweet little loft apartment in an incredible location, less than 15 minutes walking to Notre Dame or Le Louvre. The elevator to the 5th floor, with a short flight up to the 6th, was a welcome bonus. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and quiet and comfortable. It was well-equipped with what seemed like new appliances and utensils. Bring your own soap! Travellers should know that both beds are pull-outs, but comfortable. Website photos include shots with beds out and shots with beds folded into couches, so can be confusing. We two friends chose to keep the beds out, and did not feel especially crowded in the space. Paul was friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp (give him your number via the Vrbo website). He was very easy about our delayed arrival time in the evening. Highly recommend!
