Location

Located at the Beaver Run Super Chairlift on the Peak 9 Base and just a short walk from Main Street, the Beaver Run Resort provides the ultimate ski-in, ski-out location. Strap on your skis after grabbing them from the complementary heated ski locker room, and hop on the Beaver Run Super Chair, or ski down to the Quick Silver lift. Skip the crowds and expensive cafeteria foods at the summit restaurants, and ski back to the condo for lunch!

Kids and adults alike will love the year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool and arcade with free kids sized mini golf course. You're also sure to enjoy the new sun-deck with 6 hot tubs overlooking the slopes.

Four blocks away you’ll find downtown Breckenridge – enjoy the walk or take the free Beaver Run shuttle van. Breckenridge is a beautifully preserved 148-year-old quaint Victorian town, and is home to many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Beaver Run offers a variety of dining options – you never even have to step outside! Spencer’s promises an upscale yet relaxed dining experience, with steaks, seafood, and unique chef creations each night. Coppertop Cafe and Bar is located slope-side and is the perfect place to enjoy some live music and unwind. Or go to the stylish Base Nine lounge, a contemporary bar with a martini menu, flat screen TV’s, and championship billiards tables. Skywalk Market and Deli is the perfect place to grab your Starbucks coffee and a bagel for breakfast or a deli sandwich for lunch, or pick up some groceries to take back to your room.

We loved the Beaver Run location. The beer festival was on site and the food and Wine festival a short walk towards town. In a few minutes we could be at Maggie Pond or downtown. We had breathtaking views from the patio. The home met all of our needs!

great holiday weekend

We loved the convenience of this location as well as the convenience of he on-site amenities. With kids, it can be challenging to eat and entertain them in town after a long ski day with waits for dining, especially during. a snow-filled holiday weekend. Beaver Run has everything we look for and we never needed to go outside or wait in line. The market, pizza, bar, pool and hot tub, arcade, restaurant and ski lockers made our time seamless.

Breck vacation

Thank goodness for the owner of the property. He helped us alot. As for the property manager i would let them go. No communications at all. They did email me once after the owner took care of the situation. I would assume if the owner is paying for there services they would have been on top of there job. The owner Marques should give me a call so i can explain a few things he needs to know.

Amazing late season find!

We made a spur of the moment decision to sneak in three late season ski days at Breckenridge, and wasn't sure what I would find lodging-wise with less than a week's notice. What I found was an amazing host (Marques) who posted a 100% accurate description of his condo, its amenities, and its location. The check in process is great because it's right on site with 24 hour front desk service. It truly is ski in/ski out with the Beaver Run lift just outside of the heated ski locker area. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. Everything was very clean, too. Some past reviews had mentioned the unit gets chilly--we did not have that issue and it got down to single digits one night. It was very comfortable for 3 adults, and would be fine for four adults or a family of four. Finally, Marques is an amazing host--answers every questions quickly and was just super pleasant with every interaction I had. Definitely hope we can get back here next season!!

Owner was very responsive and provided great directions. The condo was clean and very roomy for a family of 5. Definitely need the free firewood to keep the downstairs warm. The windows/sliding door on the first floor needs upgraded to keep the cold out of the room.

We have a great time at your place. The views were amazing. The hiking was a blast, the activities were so much fun with the kids. There was some construction going on but that can't be avoided or timed. The condo was clean and perfect. We loved staying there! Thank you for being such great hosts!

Great condo right on the mountain!

We spent 5 days here with our 2 kids, and this condo served us well! We loved having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen to cook meals. The pool and hot tub area was great for our kids too after a day of hiking. We took several hikes straight outside of the condo and also rode the bus into town to get on the gondola. We loved our stay here! Marques was a great host and checked in on us after we arrived.

This room has a beautiful view of both the ski slopes from the living area and downtown Breckenridge from the 2nd bedroom. With all the conveniences of home you can save money eating out. The resort offers many family friendly activities including a small indoor mini golf area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
