Fabulous ski in/out at peak 9

This place is lovely! Newly renovated, kitchen had every we needed, comfy beds and the resort is nice. Was great to leave our skis in the heated locker room and walk right out to Beaver Run lift. Would def stay here again!

Great location

Beaver run was a perfect stay if you have kids. Not a far walk from room to base of the mountain. All the amenities to keep the kids entertained. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect stay for us! Great resort with many amenities. Our condo was very convenient. For our first experience in Breck, I don’t think we could have done better. The lockers included with the condo were great. Plenty of hot tubs. Condo was very quiet. Ross provided clear instructions and was very responsive. We would absolutely book here again!

Great for families

The property was clean, easy to access, and truly ski-in/ski-out. We brought along our infant and his grandparents and everyone was comfortable. There are some great touches/inclusions for kids.

Spring Break Ski Trip

The condo is awesome. Very clean and it appears recently renovated. Also comes with everything you need to have a great stay. I appreciated that they had plenty of essentials stocked, like dish soap, garbage bags, TP, etc. The ski locker is close to the equipment rental place across the street from the condo, which was very convenient.

Property was great only difficulty was the entire building was without heat and they did not inform you of this at check in. This was no fault of the owners and their condo is beautiful.

Perfect Mountain View condo

Wow!! What a perfect condo with Mountain View’s from the balcony!! Close to town, ski in/ski out resort, very convenient to town, kitchen came equipped with everything you need, just absolutely perfect for our party of 7. I loved the free shuttle to town. They’ll pick you up and drop you off anywhere you need to go in town from 8 AM- 11 PM. I would definitely book again!!

Most Excellent Ski Trip

Large well appointed two bedroom condo in one of the best locations in Breckenridge, Beaver Run. Our host was very responsive and helpful - even allowing us to check in early. Can not go wrong with this property.

Great place

This was our first time at Breckinridge and it was a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be right on the beginner run for the kids. We could easily come in and out as we pleased when anyone was tired or hungry. We enjoyed the other amenities as well.
