I was looking for a quiet break and that's exactly what I received at the Shepherds Hut! So peaceful with beautiful surroundings made it easy to relax. The hut was spotless and in excellent condition. Easy to use cooking facilities. Great place to stay for a few days relaxing break. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Shepherds Hut and the views were amazing. The only disappointment was that there was no welcome pack providing instruction on how things worked. There was also no telephone contact details in case of any issues,etc. When we arrived there was not hot water and it was only by trial and error that we managed to find out that the gas bottle was empty, luckily the other bottle was full and I was aware how to manually change them over. We did send messages asking for assistance but never got any response, other than automated messages of what to do upon departure.Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and loved the Shepherds Hut and location.
