The property was a lovely clean spacious apartment, great location and accessibility straight down to the beach. Really nice modern bathrooms and kitchen

The appt was comfortable and spacious and clean. And the location was excellent.However, we were told we had 2 parking spaces. That was true but the position and shape of the car park meant it was impossible to park a second car. Also we had to get someone from the hotel to move their cars as we arrived at and left the car park as they blocked the entrance. The difficulty in parking was a big deal for us as it is so difficult to park in Saltburn. We were delighted to have off street parking but it proved too difficult.We were asked to leave the appt clean and tidy. However it was difficult to do any kind of clean because there was nothing to clean with.
