the property was in a perfect location in Lugano. Close to everything. All walkable, even parking garage was within minutes of the apartment. Parking not cheap though. There could have been extra garbage bags available but we made due. be sure to have a phone with a walking directional map on it to find restaurant, stores, and any excursions you might book. All in all, a really nice place

Finding the place was very difficult. If it wasn’t for the gentleman in the shop next-door, we would not have known we were in the right place. Communication with the host ended up being OK, but it was difficult. The supplies in the apartment were minimal at best. No paper towels, no pot holders, etc. We made reservations for six people, and there was one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bar of soap.

Yes, we provide bed linen and two towels per person, as well as a small welcome kit containing small samples of shower gel and washing-up liquid, a sponge, and one roll of toilet paper. Please note that our apartments are self-catering accommodations and are not hotel rooms, so the supplies provided are intended as a welcome kit rather than a full range of hotel amenities. Novos Arcadia 501

Flawless check-in. Great location in the proximity of the city center with a nice coffee shop downstairs that offers great breakfast options but in the same time in a quiet street. Love the building, the amenities and the design of the apartment that is generous in space and cozy. It's one of those places that puts a lot of effort in the details and it's noticeable: In the shower I was like: 'that's a good soap & shampoo. Where can I find this?', in the bedroom 'Wow...that's a cool ceiling lamp!' and so on...We will for sure consider it for our next visits to Lugano.

Great place located in the heart of Lugano. We visited our son who was enrolled in the Linking Lives program at Hostel Montarino. This unit was close enough and easy to get to the train station. The unit was clean! We couldn’t figure out the washer/dryer but that’s our fault. Communication was good but not great and we never got checkout instructions so I hope we left according to the owners expectations. Would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to Lugano!
