"BayAltea" is an apartment, decorated in a very welcoming and functional style, with all the comforts. It is located next to the marina, near the Club Náutico Campomanes.

From the entrance to the back is the living room, with two large glass doors leading to the terrace. There is a table with four chairs that can seat up to six people, as well as a comfortable four-seater sofa and two armchairs in front of the television. It has an air conditioning unit with a heat pump.

The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board. It has Wi-Fi.

The terrace is very spacious, measuring 40 square metres, and features outdoor furniture: two lounge chairs and a table with chairs that seats up to 8 people
