This nicely decorated and equipped chalet on the popular Haven Perran Sands Holiday Park, will sleep up to 4 people. The site has had a lot of investment over the last few years and has recently been awarded a 5 star grading!

Accommodation information
Entrance into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV in the lounge area and a dining table and chairs to seat 4. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday. You’ll find a range of units and includes full size cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. There are 2 bedrooms – one double and one twin bedded each with wardrobes and drawers. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wash-basin and WC. Bed linen is included but please bring your own towels, or alternatively they can be hired from us during the booking process. There is a £1 coin meter for electricity.
Outside
Parking is directly outside the chalet. This holiday park has many on-site facilities including an indoor pool, adventure play areas, children’s and adult entertainments, bars, restaurants, take-aways, supermarket, etc. (Please note: a pass is required for the use of the pools and the entertainment and these can be purchased from reception on arrival).

Location
Perranporth village centre is only a couple of minutes drive away. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county during your holiday. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!

We hadden bij het boeken niet gezien dat het particulier huisje op vakantiepark betreft. Het zwembad en de activiteiten waren om die reden niet inclusief bij ons verblijf. Bij aankomst bleek de keukeninventaris echt smerig en hebben we eerst afgewassen. De bedden (matrassen) waren slecht, de veren staken door matrassen en de bedden kraakten onder ons gewicht (geen overgewicht), ook bij de kinderen (tieners). Elektriciteit gaat nog op een meter, valt echt uit als je op pad bent en je bent vergeten er nog 1 pond of meer in te doen als tegoed. Bij aankomst niet duidelijk dat we boiler nog zelf aan moesten zetten voor heet water. Douchkraan werkt alleen als iemand anders buiten de badkamer deze aan- en uitzet voor je. Kortom, deze vakantiewoning viel ons heel erg tegen gezien de prijs die we betaalden. Communicatie met eigenaar per mail was goed, we hebben zelf besloten niet te klagen over onze teleurstelling over de woning.
