Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

Perfect location for exploring what west Cornwall has to offer . Fantastic for a family and couples getaway. Access to the South west coastal Path right next door. Great for walking the dog. Upside down house's side ny side.Breath taking view of St Michaels Mount and the bay from the balcony. Fenced garden for the kids to play. Short walk to the centre of Marazion to enjoy the restaurants , Pubs and beach.Amazing panoramic sea views toward mounts bay and st Michaels Mount

Private free parking for 4 cars and EV charger. Next door to South West Coastal path entrance. Bus stop directly outside private entrance to the home. Walking distance to beaches and town centre. The house is located in ideal location for exploring South west Cornwall. Really nice quiet area and the locals are really friendly.

房屋環境清幽，屋內各方面都滿意，陽台可以見到St Michael Mount 但是要駕車往鎭中心才能購物和食飯。
