This was a wonderful vacation home. We appreciated how well stocked the house was which made cooking easy. Everything you needed was supplied. The neighborhood was lovely and safe with many amenities within walking distance The house was clean and very comfortable. I would stay again

Week Getaway

Relaxing

We had a wonderful relaxing 2 week stay. The house was very comfortable and loved that it was on a canal. We really enjoyed the heated pool. We will definitely stay here again

Kelly and Robert's home was absolutely perfect. The location was great, right on the channel with quick access to the river and Gulf. There is a small beach nearby which was nice because we didn't have to struggle for parking like some days at the larger beaches. We brought our kayaks and the location was perfect for them. The home was also very close and convenient to many restaurant choices and grocery stores, etc.The house itself was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were also condiments and spices for cooking. The icing on the cake was the pool and outdoor lanai which we used every day - we never even actually sat on the furniture inside because the outdoor space was so nice! We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return in the future.

The house had all we needed and very comfortable.We loved the heated pool and view of canal. The road is sometimes busy at front but don't notice it at the back. Would definitely recommend

Great vacation!

We loved this wonderful home! We had a great quarantine vacation with the beautiful pool and patio space. The boat was a great addition as well. It was so much fun to take it to Sanibel and enjoy the beautiful water and beach. This lovely home is clean and well equipped for you to have a splendid vacation. Hope to be back one day!

Great location! Dog friendly!

The description was accurate. We truly enjoyed our time. The location was great and although I was thinking it would be a bit loud based on location it was not. We loved the proximity to everything. Kelly was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay!

Family Vacation & Fishing

Home was clean and organized. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals and more. Pool was nice. Boat dock worked well for us - property was a short ride out into the bay and out to the islands of Pine Island Sound and Sanibel.
