This house was fantastic. Conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. The jewel of this property was the pool area. Private with areas to eat or relax. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. With family in the Ft Myers area I visit often and this is my favorite VRBO

Great place to stay if you want to be in FT Meyers .The airport is within 10 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Alex is great to work with.

The place was perfect. First of all, everything was clean and well layed out for privacy or hanging out all together. The pool is much larger than I expected. It was private because of all the foliage around the lanai. Beaches were easy to get to as well as restaurants, movies, and all kinds of shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I've never had a host as responsive as Alex. He truly is very helpful and accommodating. The Lanai, pool, and spa were such a treat. We used them as much as possible.

Nice Vacation

This home was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. Private screened lanai and pool/hottub were great for us! House was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Alex was easy to contact and quick to respond when we had questions. Our only concern was a few sketchy houses down the street, but immediate neighbors very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Close to FGCU and has a great backyard!

We rented this house to stay in for our son’s graduation from FGCU. We spent most of our time outside in the lovely screened in lanai/pool. There was even a tv outside! It was a very quiet neighborhood for San Carlos park. Our host Alex was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

5 Star Plus Experience

Extremely impressed with this VRBO experience and highly recommend it to everyone. Located in a quiet neighborhood, beautiful heated pool with hot tub that can be temperature controlled by the renter, pool toys for kids, outdoor TV, fully equipped kitchen with great ice maker and a quiet microwave. Three furnished bedrooms with plenty of closet space, SMART TVs, and everything amazingly clean - you can walk on the floors in bare feet. Many amenities - read the list and they all work. Also, owner is available if you have questions or need help on anything. We hated to leave.
