Perfect relaxing stay with everything you could want.

The property has a really good location, close to the Mayor plaza and the metro station la Latina. It is a perfect location to explore the city centre on foot. I really liked the kitchen and it had all amenities that I needed (including salt, sugar, oil, small household appliances, cleaning products…). There was also ice in the cooler and some complimentary gifts in the fridge which made my stay even more special! 😊

Great location and outstanding customer service

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, close to nightlife, restaurants and shopping! The building and apartment are very secure. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided for the length of our stay. The host provided detailed information about the apartment and responded immediately to any questions we had. It&#39s obvious the host cares about providing outstanding service and we look forward to staying here in the future.

Ms Raquel the guest relations manager was super helpful. The room was clean, and in a very good location. The soundproofing was also good and we loved that the windows could be completely sealed to block the sun. Easy to join the wifi using a bar code. Also they had 2 smart TVs in the room. Very clean room with smart amenities such as the electronic locks that can be unlocked using your phone. Would definitely recommend. No issues at all.

Todo en general. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas un rato antes de entrar y nos avisaron desde que el apartamento estuvo listo. Al llegar nos encontramos unos detalles de bienvenida y todo estaba super limpio. La ubicación es muy buena y el trato no podria haber sido mejor. El alojamiento tiene dos aires acondicionados aunque con uno se quedan fresquitas todas las zonas. Fuimos mi pareja, sus dos hijas (12 y 13 años) y yo. El sillon es bastante grande. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos a Madrid, repetiremos alojamiento.

Konum çok merkezi bir yerdeydi, otele ulaşım ve giriş çok rahattı. Otele girince verilen hediyeler çok hoştu. Ne zaman bir soru sorsam hemen ilgilendiler. Mutfak aletleri fazlasıyla yeterliydi. İsteyenler için rahatça yemek yapma imkanı vardı. Resimlerde gösterilen tüm detaylar gerçekten mevcuttu. Havalandırma sistemi çok başarılıydı. Ayrıca suyun sıcaklığı da çok iyiydi. Bir daha gelecek olsam tereddüt etmeden yine aynı yeri seçerdim. Herkese tavsiye ederim Odanın içinde çamaşır makinası da olsa iyi olurdu
