This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. Host was quick to respond to inquiries and we enjoyed our stay. The one issue that we had was that the address description was not clear or easy to find initially.

Excellent location, in the center of great restaurants and things to see, a metro close by. Comfortable apartment with great air conditioning. Well stocked cooking supplies and dishes. Shower feels great. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. The elevator is helpful for luggage.

Had all the basics and felt like home in Madrid.

Everything was in order, clean and very comfortable. Even though it was a small room we had absence of privacy in each area. Excellent for what we needed. The location was insuperable, right in the heart of Madrid center. The staff very attentive and helpful. Couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.

The location was perfect - quiet street but super close to HEAPS of restaurants and bars César was very attentive and helpful during our stay. If I’m ever in Madrid again I would 1000% stay here ❤️

FANTASTIC location and AMAZING service!

This place is AMAZING! Raquel, the Guest Relations Manager is fantastic and provided great information. Accessing the apt was easy, everything was just like in the photos and video. The location was SUPER! Handy to everything! They even helped with booking a taxi and left some goodies in the fridge for us. We will definitely stay again. We would definitely stay here again next we travel here.

The location was perfect, the neighborhood felt very safe and it was around a lot of different restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean, and we had plenty of toiletries, towels and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne! There is nothing negative about our experience. Staff was very welcoming, patient and helpful in every way.

Nice and modern place in the best possible location in Madrid. Team was whole time available for anything we needed. Very clean, nice heating for winter, really top! We had an apartment with a bed and a sleeping couch. Ok for 2 adults and a kid till 12-13 years old. More can be uncomfortable

Excellent location. Amazing air conditioning - for the first time ever in Europe, we were chilly at night thanks to the great AC— a welcomed reprieve after the hot temperatures we experienced while exploring the city. César was wonderfully responsive and the shampoo, body wash, snacks and drinks were a lovely addition.

Wow sí tendría que describir creo que fue el que me gustó más de todos lo que me alojé, sinceramente con esa bienvenida 🤗 no tiene precio con detalles que te hacen sentir en casa, la ubicación , cumplía con todo lo que se requiere lástima que fue pocos días. El llegar y tener agua en la nevera , galletas , chocolate de verdad súper agradecida. Te ayudan con el taxi al aeropuerto con un mejor precio Que no pude quedarme más 🤣🤣🤣
