INCREDIBLE LOCATION! - Nestled on the narrowest part of Treasure Island, giving you the best of both worlds! Sit on your private balcony and watch the dolphins swim by as you sip your morning coffee. Then, grab your beach chairs, walk 150 yards and sink your toes into the beautiful white sands of Treasure Island beach. Go swimming, sunning, snorkeling or simply walk the beach and take in a memorable sunset.

Treasure Island boasts three miles of sugar white sandy beaches, nestled between St Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater to the north. The townhome is within walking distance to restaurants and bars, including the famous Caddy's on the Beach beach bar, and the Sea Dog Brewing Co restaurant. Or leave your car behind and take the Suncoast Beach Trolley to explore everything the area has to offer, like the famous John's Pass Boardwalk in Madeira Beach. Visit downtown St Petersburg for museums, restaurants and shopping.

King bed in Master, Keyless Entry, Garage and Car Port. Situated in a quiet, privately owned, 8-unit development with pool (unheated) and fishing dock.

Master bedroom overlooks the intracoastal and has a King size bed, flatscreen TV, and 3-piece ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

Second bedroom has Queen bed and Single Bed. Guest bathroom has Bath/Shower combo, with toilet and vanity.

Paradise on the water

Everything was just lovely! The location was just perfect. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted. The decor was beautiful. We hardly used the AC because the breezes were amazing and flowed through the entire house! The views of the water at night from the balcony were exquisite! There was everything we could possibly need in the home. The welcome gift was that unexpected little extra that made us truly feel welcome. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely Perfect

I had opportunity to call Deb’s place home for 5 months and loved every minute of it. The townhouse offers a great location backing on to the intercostal waterway with the Gulf of Mexico practically across the street which features a great beach - 30 minutes from Tampa or St Pete’s/Clearwater airports and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The accommodations are not your typical rental everything you could possibly need can be found in the townhouse (except a blender for those frozen cocktails but I’m sure there’s one there now) The place is exceptional clean and comfortable you might only be there a week but will want to stay a month. I highly recommend Deb’s place - she is easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had for her - you won’t be disappointed staying here it’s absolutely perfect 🌞🌴

No way to easily describe how wonderful it was. Spent a month with my husband and kids (ranging from 3- adult) at different times as they couldn’t all stay the whole month. Everything was perfect. Proximity to the beach and the intracoastal position. We saw every type of sea life imaginable, the neighbors were all amazing and so friendly and helpful. Towels and linens were fantastic, and everything we could have needed as a large family was available and waiting for us. I honestly couldn’t say enough if I tried. ♥️
