Quick getaway!

The place is just as described. It was so helpful to have beach chair, umbrella and other beach accessories available. Host was quick to respond when questions asked. Not a heavily populated area so it was very peaceful and not too crowded at the beach.

Great stay!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable beds and A/C kept up nicely with 80+ heat. Great sunset viewing from the deck. Plenty of restaurants just steps away and beach is right across the street. Would stay again.

Perfect spot in Pass a Grille

All in all this little condo was perfect for our stay. Everything we would need was provided. Great value for the money. The pictures are from a while ago as much of the furnishings have been updated. Beds were comfortable. 2 queen beds. It's situated so you can watch TV from the bed. The terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. We would come back in a heartbeat.

A First For My Sister in Law

I brought my sister in law to Florida for an early 40th birthday present. She's never been on plane, or stayed on a beach, or swam in the ocean, or anything. Hard to believe, I know. This little condo made it super easy to do everything we wanted to and more. I myself loved it there because of the convenience and because of the quietness. It was much needed. Thanks so much from a seasoned traveler and from one who just caught a glimpse of vacation life. St Pete beach is a gem and so is Pass A Grille!! - I'll definitely be back

Amazing get away

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. We loved the little town and its proximity to attractions within the region. The condo has everything you need, beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella and some toys. We loved being able to cook, while also having so many great places to go out to within walking distance if we wanted. This is such a special place, we will definitely be returning!

Perfect location

The room had everything that I needed and was right on the beach. Clean, safe and surprisingly quiet considering that it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Recommend that you bring a bar of soap but everything else you need is provided. Well equipped full kitchen, dining table and couch with a big tv. Thank you! I truly enjoyed my stay.

Sunsets to die for!

I stayed three weeks in this unit and it was WONDERFUL! The shared balcony was great and never crowded at all. The proximity to the beach was amazing. There was fun activity at all the right times. Christine was wonderful and great to deal with. I was there for three weeks due to business and I wasn’t ready to leave on my last day. I will be back!!

Amazing stay, will be back again!

Myself and two other girl friends booked this stay for a holiday weekend.The condo was even better than the pictures and the location was phenomenal! We loved having two double beds that were very comfortable and a pull out couch. Bathroom was fully stocked with various toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a blender which allowed us to make smoothies to bring to the beach! We also appreciated having tupperware, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella to bring to the beach. This made for absolutely perfect beach days! We loved waking up right by the beach and didn’t go anywhere else during our 4 day stay. The location was so convenient. Coffee and ice cream downstairs, a restaurant right next door, and little shops right on the street. We also enjoyed the deck every morning and evening, especially the sunset. We were extremely appreciative that the hosts were super accommodating and allowed us to also check out late due to our flight being much later in the day. We were able to get an extra beach day and we were so so grateful! Definitely book this stay if you have the opportunity. We are planning on making this a yearly trip! Thank you so much again!!!

Great place for Pass-a-Grille vacation!

This unit was upstairs and at the rear of the property which we liked. It was super easy to wash off your feet in the alley and go right upstairs to the unit. The unit is clean and well supplied with everything you need - beach chairs, umbrella, cooking utensils and appliances. The bathroom was large, which is rare. We would have preferred a King bed instead of two double beds, but I understand it makes the most sense for a rental property and wasn't that big of a deal. The included parking pass was nice to have for our rental car, and we could park other places around Pass-a-Gille with it. If you are true beach bums like we are, this is a great option to be close to the beach, have a great sunset spot, and walk around to everything in Pass-a-Grille. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. Very accommodating owners! Came to visit us in person to make certain everything was good. Had 2 beds. 1 star knocked off for bed to the right being uncomfortable. Wife and I kept being sunk into the middle. Did not test bed to the left as it was occupied by one of our family members. Would not recommend for more than 3 people because unit is very small. There is not a wall between bedroom and living room, just a window blind. This is accurately depicted in the pictures. Hence, do not expect any audible privacy between bedroom and living room.

This condo is the perfect beach get-away to our one of favorite beaches, Pass-A-Grille.

The condo is very clean and makes very good use of the available space. The kitchen is better equipped than most vacation rentals we have enjoyed. Martini glasses, a shaker, no problem! Frozen daiquiris, a breeze thanks to a very powerful blender. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and did I mention they are directly across the street from the beautiful sands of the gulf of Mexico! Hope you like sunsets, the view from the second floor balcony will spoil you. Centrally situated, right next door to the Brass Monkey - try their wings and Old Bay fries. Feeling like good old-fashioned home-made ice cream on freshly baked waffle cones, merely walk to the corner. Chris, the owner, was very responsive to our needs, a simple phone call away. We will definitely add this to our list of places we would revisit, again and again.

Parking difficult to impossible

The listing made me think the condo had a direct view of the gulf. But you had to go outside and walk to the front of the building for the view. Parking was impossible during the day because anyone coming to the beach could park where you are parking. So if you left in the morning you couldn't come back and park until late at night. I missed a wedding because I couldn't park to shower and change my clothes at 3 pm! There was absolutely no parking within a mile of the condo! I drove around for 45 minutes and then had to give up. Very annoying and disappointing.

Wonderful for our work conference!

My colleague and I loved staying here -- the kitchenette was well-equipped, and Chris kindly provided some toiletries/goods (e.g. sunscreen, conditioner). The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty spare blankets and towels on hand. Chris even went out of her way to assemble a list of good and convenient restaurants nearby! The instructions for cleanup, TV/mini split operation, and WiFi were also easy to follow. A parking pass, 2 keys (1 in the lockbox), and the lockbox code were provided, and Chris was always quickly responsive in the booking process leading up to our stay (we didn't end up reaching out to her during our stay, though I imagine she would have been on-the-ball then as well). Finally, Chris went above and beyond for us when I had made an initial error with our booking, and helped us smoothly add another day to our stay.The only problems: the Google and VRBO map pins indicate a location near Crabby Bills on St. Pete Beach. My colleague and I weren't familiar enough with the area to know that Pass-A-Grille is separate from St. Pete Beach proper, so we booked the property under incorrect location assumptions (since our conference was at the Tradewinds). It took quite a bit of walking and troubleshooting for us to figure out that the address was about 3.5 mi away. The phone number for Freebee listed on VRBO also didn't connect to the service, but we eventually got the app to work. All said though, we hope to stay here again for next year's conference!

Perfect blend of quiet and “middle of the action”

Easy to find and close to several good restaurants - condo is in the “back” of the building so you don’t hear traffic on Gulf and it will take an “extra” 15 steps to get to the beach. The shared “porch” offered a wonderful view of the gulf and the beautiful sunset - I saw a couple of reviews about the parking, and we had no issues Chris was so easy to reach and very accommodating as my flight from the west coast came in early. My friend and I had a delicious brunch at seahorse and wandered through the shops on 8th and then were able to check in early - so gracious about everything! In addition to easy access to the beach, there are floats and an umbrella to use! There is also a DELICIOUS ice cream place on the corner … and the beds were so comfortable 😴 The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow - we had NO problems and the neighbors were all friendly if approached but not nosy so we could pick our blend of visiting. I am searching for something to “warn” you about - so here it is … the alleyway in the back of the building is also where the businesses have their trash bins … you will hear those bins being used. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs … if you bring earplugs, though, you may miss some really good music! But I swear even the music ended before midnight on Saturday night! Sunday night was a REALLY good jazz group and they were done by 10 … On a holiday weekend Pass a grill was a delight - and this condo was terrific

Nice and relaxing 🌴

This was my second time renting this property. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location across the street from the beach. The best part is the balcony, where you can sit and watch breathtaking sunsets! We will be back again 🌴🌺
