Escape to our enchanting cottage in a great rural location just outside Aurora. Relax and enjoy the comfort of a peaceful child and pet friendly retreat. Start your day with a Keurig coffee in our fully equipped kitchen, end it by rolling into your choice of comfortable bed. We have the perfect outdoor space for children, pets and grown-ups. We are ten minutes' drive from local stores and restaurants, forty-five minutes from Springfield, and an hour away from Branson. Unwind in the cozy living room or enjoy a soak in the bathtub. With WiFi, AC, full kitchen, washer and dryer, you’ll have everything you need for a fabulous stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Why they chose this property

I enjoy the peace of living in the countryside and being a part of the local community. I am actively involved with the Aurora Downtown Project which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing downtown. There are many small businesses in Aurora and so much history that we should preserve. I started my first job in Aurora at the Aurora Greenhouse where they have the original door from 1889.

What makes this property unique

The view is amazing! I lived there for many years and drinking a morning coffee on the patio was a great way to start the day.
