Large home on Private Beach, Game Room, Third story deck, Ocean Views,

Sea Salt is a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home located on the private Sunnyside beach. Our home has three stories, with a large third story patio with fantastic unobstructed ocean views. Easily watch your family on the beach while you relax on the covered patio. The bottom floor features a very large private outdoor shower with a rain shower, large covered and screened patio, a bunk room with a total of 2 bunks (3 twins and 1 full), another bedroom with one full-size bed, a full bathroom with with a stand up shower, a small living room with a 55 inch TV and an oversize two car garage that has been converted into a game room. The game room has ping pong, shuffle board and darts. Stained concrete floors and a private bath make it a great place for kids. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and extra fridge located in the basement.

The second story of the home features a large open kitchen, living room with a 65 inch RUKU TV, full bathroom with a tub and detachable shower head, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two queen beds. The second story also a bar stools in the kitchen, and a six person table in the kitchen. Directly off of the kitchen and living room is a large sun room, that spans the entire length of the home. The sunroom has a dining room table with enough to seat 14, and a relaxing area with a set of chairs to relax.

The third story features an oversized master bedroom, covering almost the entire top story. It has a king size bed, large master closet, and a large master shower, featuring two 60 inch vanities, separate toilet area and a large 5 foot by 5 foot walk in shower. The third story also has a loft area and a large covered patio, with fantastic beach views and gorgeous sunsets.

We have a fully fenced in back yard, perfect for pets and gatherings. This home features seven living spaces which includes two covered patios (top floor and bottom), two living rooms (middle floor and bottom), a sun-room (middle floor), a large game room and a loft (top floor). Plenty of room for large gatherings, family reunions or weddings.

Our home as a total of Four TV's. We have 300mps Comcast/Xfinity high speed internet. We dont have a cable package, but we do offer Philo streaming, as well as all TV's are smart TV's.

If you have a large party, we also own a three bedroom home three house away, as well as a two bedroom home three houses in the other direction. Please see the VRBO link below for our other home. With these three homes, we can accommodate up to 30 guests in a total of 10 bedrooms. We are located directly across from Sunnyside Beach, which is one of the only private beaches in the state of Florida. Located on the very west end of Panama City beach, the road in front of our home is only a two lane, and very easy to cross to the beach. You are within 30 steps to the beach, with a beach entrance directly in front of our home.

*Our beach is not pet Friendly, as no beaches in Bay or Walton (Destin) County are, other than the pet beach in Pier Park, which is about 4 miles from our home.

Great beach view. Not crowded on that end of the beach. Super easy access directly across the street. We watched dolphins and pretty sunsets. The house was perfect for all of us. Would definitely stay again. We had the best fall break.

Perfect beachfront home

A group of friends and I booked this house for a short trip, and everything was perfect. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, the check-in and check-out process was simple, and the home was exactly as listed. Between this and the unbeatable location, it was a great trip and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Front Beach Road

Sunset Dinner Every Night!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were wonderful for our family of twelve ranging in age from 11 to 87. Each evening was highlighted with dinner around the large table on the upstairs porch/veranda overlooking the gulf with the beautiful sunsets!

Amazing trip!

We stayed here with a big group and there was enough room for everyone. The beach is steps away and was very convenient along with the view of the ocean from the house which was so pretty! The owners got back right away if we texted them and the listing is exactly how the house looked! It is also close to the pier park and lots of restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would rent from them again in the future!

West End is the Best End

Property was spacious with a million dollar view. The enclosed porch was a great place for our family to gather, eat, and play games. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this property again. We have been to PCB for 4 years now and nothing has compared to this place. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would.

Roomy house with a great view and beach access

We enjoyed our stay in this house most of all because we could see right to the beach and only had to cross the street to get there. The house was roomy and comfy. Even with 4 couples sharing, the kitchen was easy to share with lots of room. There was plenty of seating and two porches where we could hang out and enjoy the view. We loved the big windows, comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms and game room. I highly recommend this house!

Family vacation

We have taken 3 family vacation the last 6 years and this home was by far the best of the three homes we stayed in. Great location, very near to the beach, plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children, and Steven was fantastic to deal with. The first day there, the master bathroom shower drain was draining very slowly and the second refrigerator/freezer in the garage was not cooling. Within 6 hours he had a new refrigerator/freezer installed and the drain issue resolved. Very responsive.

This house is perfect for a family beach vacation!! The downstairs is the ideal Teen hangout spot. Ours loved the ping pong and foosball tables. They also loved having their own TV space. We only saw them when they were hungry, lol. The beach amenities provided were great! There were two paddle boards and a kayak available for us to use. Not to mention other beach gear. Plus, you are right across from a private beach entrance. So easy to get down to the beach and still close enough that you can easily get back to the house without too much trouble. Our favorite part of the house was the sunroom on the second floor that looks out on the beach. It was so nice to just sit and watch the water and sunset there. The house is designed so you’re not on top of each other. There is a main living space on the second level with two bedrooms, a bathroom and the kitchen. The third floor has an open area that looks out onto an amazing balcony and a large bedroom with an attached bathroom. The teen space has a bunk room and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Tons of space for everyone. If you’re traveling with your pets, this is a great house. The backyard is large enough for them to run around and completely fenced in. The owners were so helpful and very responsive to us before and during our stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely book here again.

Excellent Location - Fun Game Room

Our group of 4 adults and 6 teens had a fantastic spring break trip at your home. The location was ideal. It was quiet as it is a few miles west of the Panama City strip and we loved the proximity to the beach (the entrance to Sunnyside Beach is steps away). We were back and forth from beach to home throughout the day. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiry about a missing stand up paddle board - he brought a new one over the next day. The home was clean and had plenty of seating throughout. The garage turned game room was a hit - especially on 2 very windy, cooler days. We appreciated the ability to host a BBQ with other friends who were staying nearby. Thank you for a great place for our spring break trip. We had a great week at Sunnyside.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This Beach house is in a marvelous location away from all the congestion on Front Beach Road. The property owner was very prompt in communicating and responding to any inquiries we had. The house itself has many updates and is very cozy and the unobstructed views of the Gulf are mesmerizing! There are many steps to climb so keep this in mind if traveling with elderly people. Our family just returned from a lovely vacation at Sea Salt and would like to return next year. I can't say enough about the owner, Steven, who was very attentive and genuinely wanted our stay at his home to be memorable. I would HIGHLY recommend this beach house to families with kids & teenagers. Our teenagers took over the entire lower level and had a Blast! Plenty of room and we never felt cramped. Thank you! Sea Salt Perfection

Sea Salt is well setup for families with members of all ages. The outdoor balcony and indoor seasonal area have serene views of the ocean and a lot of time was spent at both of these locations. The master suite is perfect. My teenage son and his friend spent much time in the game room garage. The backyard was great for our furbabies and we are forever grateful that we were able to take our 2 furbabies and our daughter also brought her 2 furbabies - many properties only allow 2 furry guests - but these owners understand that they are family and that was a primary reason we had chosen this property. Kitchen and living area are roomy. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The extra ice machine and fridge in the garage were a bonus and well utilized. The beach access is right across from the house and the private beach is not crowded at all which we loved as we always look for less crowded beaches. Sea Salt is the perfect place for a family beach get away. Sunnyside Beach is relaxing and only steps away. We will be back!

Best Place on the Beach

The house was very roomy with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second-floor enclosed porch was perfect to sit at the big table and watch the ocean even if the weather did not comply. The third-floor balcony was very relaxing and open so you could hear the waves. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my 2 fur babies. We had great communication with the owner, and he was wonderful. There were kayaks we didn't use available, and the ground level double garage was converted into a rec room. There was foosball, ping pong table and darts. And a second refrigerator in the rec room. Everything you could want and more. The 3rd level master suite was huge with a nice big walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. The beach was right across Front Beach Road and the access to the beach was right across the road. The beaches were filled with white sand and there were numerous shells to be had. The kitchen is large with an island for more counter space. We will definitely be staying here again. Don't think i would find a better place with all the accommodations in Panama City. Our stay was perfect!!!
